@DBSBankIndia One of our employees having SB a/c with your Thindal branch, Erode, Tamilnadu send an amount through Gpay. By mistake he entered the wrong mobile number by a digit. A complaint was raised with Gpay and at the branch as well.

@metrorailpune please fix your UPI system! Banking UPI apps don't work. Many are forced into using debit/credit card or cash. Everyone knows it doesn't work, but nobody is fixing it @UPI_NPCI FYI. Pune metro forcing users to only use GPay and PayTM no banking upi app works

@Tech_glareOffl For the uninitiated, if the issue is at NPCI end, all the apps like PhonePe, Gpay, Paytm would be affected. One of the ways to not get affected by this is to keep some amount in your UPI Lite wallet. UPI Lite transactions are handled at the app level so unaffected by NPCI issues.

@driveu_in Hey , I want to bring to your notice two issues which we faced due to drivers. 1. driver was over speeding, challan was issued for 1035. 2. driver was paid through gpay but he didn't update on the app because of which I wasn't able to use app as payment was pending.

@CHN_Metro_Water worst service. Payment done thru gpay. Frrom30th Aug 2024.trying to resolve issue regarding payment. cmc no. 06/074/01313/000. No proper ans. Now matter is pending with finance directer perambur.Amt debited billing dept received but no reveipt generated.

Hey @StanChartIN , your bank server having issues, can't make payment thru Gpay. Why does it happen frequently?? Don't you have robust IT infra? @StanChartHelpIN

Most tamilnadu local men are aggressive for no cause my gpay money was credited two with a karaikudi 24 hrs tea shop in bus stand one was in error will be debited in 3 days but employee scold me like anything when asked suppose credited in your return me he is not accepting

@LICIndiaForever I wish to lodge a complaint against agent Purushotam Singh having code number 00551215. I have paid him Rs.4300 by gpay, which he informed overdue premium. Which was not. but he is not returning the amount. I sent an email also to bo_21@licofindia.com .

Trying to book tickets through IRCTC app after a while . It has been showing server error since afternoon . Gpay failed in shop as well but electricity bill payment has been done . something wrong no idea who to blame ?

GPay has literally the worst server. 90% time its not working. Not at all recommended to use it in emergency situations

Axis Bank (@AxisBank) Ace Credit Card not working with GPay (@GooglePayIndia)? As per Axis CC, there is an issue with GPay itself and it'll get fixed by 13th March. Whereas GPay CC replied, we have temporarily disabled utility payment via Credit Card with no fix time period. ??‍♂️

Have been locked out of PayTM and GPay for over 24 hours now. When I try to pay, it says the bank wants me to change the pin. Tried changing the app pin linked to HDFC Bank, but it keeps saying ‘Something went wrong’. Anyone else facing this issue?

@GooglePayIndia Purchased a gpay business soundpod on 23rd January 2025, soundpod is faulty, it turns on but fails to detect the network. It keeps on searching the network. I tried explaining about the issue many a times to customer care, but still not getting my issue resolved

Dear @AxisBankSupport, I am unable to use the Axis ACE credit card in Gpay for my electricity bill payment. This would cause the lose of 5% CB as described in Axis Ace CB details under utilities section. Please clarify if it's temporary glitch or Permanent exclusion @AxisBank
