@GadSaad Are you using iCloud as storage? I recently have had issues where it was automatically backing up to iCloud and filled up the storage necessitating going on the Safari or alt browser version of iCloud and erasing/downloading projects to side-load to a tertiary drive to make space

@BGatesIsaPyscho I’d like to just point out to users of apple products in the UK that this is solely an iCloud issue… this does not affect your phone itself. So if you have something to hide, stop backing up your iPhone to iCloud ?

@tomhfh why is Apple agreeing to this? From my limited understanding this is only to access the Apple icloud. So if you don’t use it, then it shouldn’t be an issue right?

@BGatesIsaPyscho And use what? Its not a phone issue, its a where you store your data issue. Ditch iCloud and use something else. All phones are just as exploitable unless you use a highly customised bespoke OS like @GrapheneOS which isn’t going to happen for most people

@Bentley9Kenny @BBCBreaking Are you joking? No such thing as “signing up to Apple security”. ADP is an optional setting in iCloud settings, it’s not a core feature of their cybersecurity system.
