Messenger is a messaging service that lets users send and receive messages and is offered by Meta. The platform was previously known as Facebook Messenger. I loathe the move to automated support. I am having issues with @AMCTheatres and cannot get a human. Their website isn’t helpful and having to contact them through Facebook messenger is strange. The AI response on Facebook is awful! Bring back live customer support!!!??
