I clicked on the "Replace" option on Amazon. But Amazon only showed me Ant Esports customer care contact, not direct replacement. I contacted Ant Esports support and raised a ticket requesting a replacement.

@GyanTherapy sir I ordered the Ant Esports GM810 Pro mouse from Amazon. The product was under the 7-day replacement policy. When I received it, the RGB lighting was not working. I clicked on the "Replace" option on Amazon.

@AmazonHelp Unfortunately, God or nature is not following your return window. It's @amazon fulfilled seller, and that seller disclosed that his product is suitable for my car. However, it's not. Then, the seller must accept the fault and issue the refund or send the suitable product.

@AmazonHelp This isnt pertaining to my issue. For that I will wait. Fact is that Amazon has no systems in place for a delivery agent who wrongfully marks an undelivered product as delivered to rectify his error and we customers have no confirmation of what has happened.
