There's a bug in this version where api errors don't show in the chat, you have to check the network log to see the failed response

From morning @ChatGPTapp is not working properly. I uploaded 3 image of my facewash. It considers it as a 3 excel sheet and display those contents. From were the ChatGPT got the excel sheet is a mystery. Later I mentioned it is wrong.

for posterity: the issue is that the MCP Inspector gladly accepts out-of-spec responses (an array with one element when there is only one jsonrpc request) -- but OpenAI does not. so this is operator error
