@UberEats tried your service one last time and PROBLEMS! Ordered a spring mix with tomatoes clearly in the pic. Restaurant calls and says it doesn’t come with tomatoes. False advertising. Talk to a rep and nothing. Why can’t we block restaurants to avoid this? #ubereatssucks

@UberEats You have the worst customer service!! I am continually dealt with by a bot. Even after taking my complaint to DM and explaining at length the issues you revert back to a bot telling me I have been refunded £2.76I order a £30 plus order, missing items and wrong

@UberEats might be the most useless app I have come across. No way to connect with customer support, no response on an issue in over one week, no acknowledgment of issues raised, NOTHING. All it says is that the team is looking into it, thanks. I cannot chat with anyone or call.

@UberEats customer service is atrocious. Imagine advertising a 25-40 minute delivery time, having a customer wait over 2 hours and only offering them $1.98 as a credit. While waiting my blood sugar dropped from not eating but it’s ok because I have $1.98 in credit @Uber_Support

@UberEats it's an error for reporting problems with your order. I did a pick up order they say they didn't start when I arrived at the restaurant and they told me I can cancel since they didn't start. I cancelled and got a charge bc it said order was started already..

@UberEats is the worst company ever. ?I never received an order, they admitted it, and won’t issue a refund. There is no customer service phone number, and their online support is refusing to refund me despite the delivery picture showing the order wasn’t delivered to my home.

@ubereats I have resorted to filing a complaint with fair trading. Despite providing the evidence u required, I continue to receive the same standardized response. It is clear that no one is reading my msgs and you are happy to be a business that is ripping off their customers

@UberEats @McDonaldsUK placed a McDelivery order. It was cancelled by UberEats and I was called, by ubereats saying I would get a refund. No refund received so contacted support. UE say over 48hrs so cant refund McD say not our problem, talk to UE. Disgraceful customer service

@UberEats I am very disappointed by today’s service which was not professional. I placed an order as usual and the driver had network issues, he then went to the wrong address and I told the driver that he is at the wrong address, however, the app says order delivered.
