Fair use and all that stuff holds no legal ground really. Youtube doesn't like getting involved in IP issues, it's a cesspool.

@justusecobalt Youtube downloads have been at 5-10 kbps the past hour and I occasionally am getting a "cobalt is at capacity..." error. Downloading the same video twice at the same time appears to speed up the downloads of both to around 40 kbps

My wife has location tracking and parental controls enabled on my mobile device. I’m allowed 2hrs of Angry Birds playtime per week, which is just the right amount for me. I should also mention that I’m restricted to the YouTube Kids app—again, not an issue for me.
