@InvestmentTalkk Well the history was that they dropped prices to try to undercut Adyen and then they realised it was not a sustainable strategy to operate below cost so they had to row back on it. Adyen didn't budge because it knew it was the lowest cost provider.

@Adyen Maybe caring more about the customers and resolving the issue in a timely manner instead of making them wait weeks with ZERO payouts to run their business. That would be a good start. Especially if it’s a system error and not a user error.

@Adyen i've never received a refund from a company since 2025-02-10 through your service, even though I have the authorization code. I can't file a claim on the website. please, need help with this issue asap
