@venkat_fin9 @Flipkart I contacted Amazon for replacement. They denied saying that the product only supports brand replacement and I need to contact the brand directly to get mine. So I contacted the brand, after requesting for 5 days they finally send me pickup order. Then I sent it for replacement.

@20Sonu25 Looks like the integration is now fixed. Last year, I couldn’t even fetch my HDFC ERGO premium bill on Amazon Pay—it kept showing an error about DOB format. This time I was able to make the payment, but it still hasn't reflected. So, there's that.

@kjgillenwater No doubt. It seems though that these sales drops happen far more common on Amazon for some reason. Kobo and Apple sales for me are far more consistent.

Has anyone else had a problem with Amazon where you go to order some things(s) for a specific time frame. It says you must order within a certain amount of time for that delivery window. You go to place the order, within that time frame, and that delivery time suddenly changes?
