@ianzelbo Personally I’ve been loving the Fitbit charge 6. It has great fitness tracking and sleep metrics. Have no complaints other than the frequent disconnects from the phone but syncing it seems to fix the issue

@AiOhthorexic @myselfspo could also be bad metabolism, incorrect calorie tracking/activity tracking (that's why i recommend a fitbit or apple watch), or you're at a plateau and need to eat regular maintenance or gain a bit so then you can lose it

@FitbitSupport My sense stopped working a couple of weeks back and the online support is rude and of no help. It's stuck on the message "To start download fitbit app". I have rebooted multiple times and disconnect/connected over blutooth/wifi but to no avail

@NudiBranchCals I have a clip on fitbit from 2016 working perfectly but the dumb app with whatever recent updates they did is the problem.

@FitbitSupport My Inspire 3 stopped syncing 3 days ago. I know the issue is widespread because reddit forums are all talking about it. How do I resync my fitbit without losing data? Turning Bluetooth on/off + restarting my device hasn't helped. Can y'all please fix this update?

@FitbitSupport hi, my Fitbit Charge 4 seems to have an issue with sleep start and finish times, these changed by 1 hour due to time change last night. If I try to reset them, I can’t, it is thrown out by 3 hours, ie wake up 0600 becomes 0300. Is this a reported issue? Thanks

@CallowStella @FitbitSupport Stella, it's very frustrating. I did a factory reset on my fitbit because of this which then rendered it useless with a big red cross saying it needs to be synded! I have now bought a new one which is unable to connect. I wish Fitbi would publicly announce that there's an issue!

@FitbitSupport is there some sort of issue with the Fitbit app on android? My app won't sync at all, seems to be since i updated it. I've turned my phone on and off, turned my bluetooth on and off, still not working.

@FitbitSupport Tried everything this morning to sync my Sense. Moved to Google, restarted both phone and device. Now won't connect to Bluetooth, updated App. There seems to a major problem with Fitbit looking at all the other posts.

@FitbitSupport Second fitbit in 4 years has suddenly stopped working. Wont connect to phone, wont stop showing the download app screen. Followed all the advice and nothing works. Now completely useless to me. Very poor tech. Never again. Switching to Samsung fit.

@javonevansx @Tesla Exactly. But why not rip off roomba’s design and weather proof it? Charging pads that make physical contact. Or make it like Fitbit with the charging pad but make it so it doesn’t use permanent magnets to connect but instead electro magnets. This way it can self disconnect.

@FitbitSupport good morning, is it normal for your products to stop working after less than two years? This is the third fitbit I have had and all 3 have either been recalled or stopped working within 2 years. My current product claims to be fully charged but lasts 20 minutes?!?!

@parkjames @FitbitSupport @fitbit I've owned over 5 fitbits now and the last 2 have crashed within a year of using. Software is defective in the charge 5. Even the replacement stopped working within a year. your product isn't cheap. please issue a return and exchange.
