Hi @FitbitSupport ... My Fitbit Charge 5 stopped working this morning as it got immersed in water for some time. I have since placed it in a bag of rice (about 5 hours already). What else can I do to revive it? Thanks in advance

@CLARYpodcast @thewriterme Nicole Shanahan says she's in favor of harvesting your medical info.. such as info from Fitbit and lab results and such. She's in with silicon valley , I hear. Nicole says there's a huge conflict of interest with the harvesting issue
@ianzelbo Personally I’ve been loving the Fitbit charge 6. It has great fitness tracking and sleep metrics. Have no complaints other than the frequent disconnects from the phone but syncing it seems to fix the issue
@FitbitSupport hi my Fitbit app isn’t loading my weekly goals or syncing my data correctly from my watch. This happened after an update, then there was another update and still the same issue.
Hey @fitbit @FitbitSupport what’s with the app freezing all the time n loads of features just showing blank pages? Was a fine a week ago. What ever that update was a few days ago has made it nearly unusable ! :(

@Andy_Kiryazov @FitbitSupport Similar issues over here as well! At least once a day only partial information syncs with the app but my calories expended don't update. I usually have to restart my phone and even then, it doesn't always update. Right now my Fitbit app isn't even opening!
