I loathe the move to automated support. I am having issues with @AMCTheatres and cannot get a human. Their website isn’t helpful and having to contact them through Facebook messenger is strange. The AI response on Facebook is awful! Bring back live customer support!!!??

Facebook messenger and replies to posts are also not working for me. If you want my phone number or email just ask. I rarely use X messenger but I will try.
