@TheDivisionGame I just grinded to Lvl 187 and got another Brooklyn Cache, still no bonus loot. Out of 187 lvl, I only got bonus loot twice, it was the same Exodus gloves. Your reward system is still broken even after the update. I won’t buy the DLC. #TheDivision2 #RespectPlayerTime #FixTheLoot

Expertise Golan (e.g.) glove all golan gloves are then at that level, same for named and exotic ones. St Elmos (e.g.) expertised to 28 all in stash characters or rewarded are 28.

You can earn it by having the weapon, gear, skill equipped and defeat enemies or, for gear and weapons, donate duplicates to raise it. Once it maxes out you can spend resources to improve its base stats
