AFAICT @uber answers customer service questions with an AI. And a poorly trained one that thinks you can upload files with an image of a problem on their website, which you can't. First it's "upload a file," then after I check the site source code, it's "send us email." ???

@CSMIA_Official The prepaid taxis are extremely unreliable especially during late night. Multiple server issues, Uber Pins not working, agents randomly walking upto you & asking to cancel & ride directly. Why can’t we have a simple system around getting in/out of airport?

@Uber_Support Customer service has deteriorated beyond imagination. The agents end the chat when they cannot resolve the issue (re: UberEats). I have wasted my valuable time due to errors made by them, and Uber won’t even compensate me as a token of apology. Going to DoorDash!!

Share my number cos the driver insisted. It's then he told me that it is a scam going on and #Uber #Uberindia is fully aware of it and does not do anything about it. What the driver's have figured out is the uber OTP is mostly the last 4 digits of the users registered cell cont.
