@UberEats is the worst company ever. ?I never received an order, they admitted it, and won’t issue a refund. There is no customer service phone number, and their online support is refusing to refund me despite the delivery picture showing the order wasn’t delivered to my home.

@ubereats I have resorted to filing a complaint with fair trading. Despite providing the evidence u required, I continue to receive the same standardized response. It is clear that no one is reading my msgs and you are happy to be a business that is ripping off their customers

@UberEats @McDonaldsUK placed a McDelivery order. It was cancelled by UberEats and I was called, by ubereats saying I would get a refund. No refund received so contacted support. UE say over 48hrs so cant refund McD say not our problem, talk to UE. Disgraceful customer service

@UberEats I am very disappointed by today’s service which was not professional. I placed an order as usual and the driver had network issues, he then went to the wrong address and I told the driver that he is at the wrong address, however, the app says order delivered.

@UberEats your company has robbed me. My order was dropped off at the wrong address and I don’t know where it is and cannot access it but because the driver dropped it off at a building NEAR me I still have to pay full price. You are criminals and thieves.

So, @UberEats / @Postmates didn't handle my issue. They overcharged me. I gave them all the info requested to make it right but instead of doing something, they sent a "how did we do?" survey. NOTHING WAS HANDLED. How did you do? YOU SUCK. FIX IT.

I recommend that anyone who sees this avoid uber eats if you value customer service. It is clear they only send scripted answers that seem generated by AI and don’t seem to care about resolving the issue at all. At this point - they have effectively stolen our money. #UberEats

Anyone else had a bad experience with @ubereats customer support didn’t even receive half of our order. No mains. Just Popcorn chicken. Gravy and some coleslaw. But it’s okay to refund not even half the money and only get a generic message from support saying the issue is dealt…

@brianlilley @UberEats The main complaint with their platform is it’s very difficult to report errors or make complaints about how they offer services. Complain too often or have to correct their driver faults and they make you use a code.

@brianlilley @UberEats Their customer service options are garbage. You are forced to choose a category which has nothing to do with your complaint and there is no live chat option either. Their service fees on top of priority delivery fees make it not worth it. I've stopped using them.
