@Vonage this employee must be let go, over and over when there an issue he out of the office. only had your service for 3 weeks and yet every time i sent an email its reply was sorry i was out of the office. time to for a replacement. Haris Ahmed Qureshi

It is almost 120 hrs now since I filed complaint for bill. I am going to consumer court if not resolved by 8pm

@airtelnews @Vonage I had applied for disconnection of my broadband connection on Saturday 12th October, reference no # 11003102469 to disconnect within 7 days,I will inform you that if my connection is not disconnected by 19th October, I will file a complaint at the national consumer helpline.

@Vonage has disabled all customer's ability to send. the only update they provide is "Our back-end team is working to resolve the issue. Currently does not have an estimated timeframe" WEEK 6 no resolution

@SpaceX @Starlink @TMobile @FCC Wouldn’t WiFi calling also work? I use my AT&T cellphone with my Starlink and it works great as does texting. Also have a Vonage VoIP phone and rarely have issues.
