@boatsthisway You can launch steam in Offline Mode. Unless the game itself requires online connectivity through steam's servers for some reason, there should be nothing preventing you from playing it.

@Ericangelo_ms I add peppermint drops to a streaming shower. Then do 5-5-5 breathing. Inhale for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, release for 5 seconds. I usually repeat this for 10 mins in the steam. A few drops of CBD oil also is helpful in a cup of warm tea ?

Escape from Tarkov is no where near ready for a 1.0 launch. Current state the queue times alone will cause downvotes in steam with refunds issued. The servers are a large issue and a more scaleable solution should be explored.

Quick update: We are full steam ahead on getting the features linked to the front end. Its not as easy as first anticipated as we ran into issues with how the CoAP was collecting the data from the test device. This protocol seems to be behaving now thankfully.

@KillerzStreak idk, they prolly had a major bug w/ the new Unreal Engine 5.5 update for the PUBG2.0 UE5 update. I was gonna do a playtest for my game, but UE stopped working w/ STEAM or some servers. Buggy version of unreal. Always use 1 version behind the latest.

The servers for all of the old COD games also ran Peer2Peer so you were literally connecting to their PC

@TheTrueDH @xboxBG Maybe. It could be a internal discussions within Sony. Also what if Sony want to make native console versions of their games to get a bigger cut and disencourage new xbox players to play their games on Steam? They get a bigger cut on console. Who knows.

STEAM web helper is a (largely unneccessary IMO) resource hog. I've now disabled it from running at all, along with other useful tweaks such as running @Steam in offline mode. Result: Morrowind GOTYE plays as smooth as a baby's bottom—even on my 4GB Celeron N4000 system!

@SucharitaSpeaks It’s exactly what he wrote on weverse, hot bath, ice cold bath, repeat, steam in sauna, sweat, it reduced water retention resulting in sudden weight drop.. they drink a lot and pee a lot too…
