Brand new 2025 Model 3 — 2 months in and already had a 12V battery failure + safety restraint system (RCM2_a196) error. Tesla replaced the battery, but offered no Uber, no loaner. So much for lower maintenance — gas savings wiped out by Lyft rides. This normal now? @Tesla

@Ross__Hendricks @ryan_fosnaugh Right now Uber shifts vehicle cost, maintenance, insurance, storage, cleaning, ect on the driver. The driver is the cheapest part of the equation. The expense behind owning cars is HUGE.

@SpiritAirlines Now the flight is scheduled to leave at 9:49. According to Max in customer service it is due to a maintenance problem. If I get to airport and flight has been cancelled I expect reimbursement for my Uber fee to get to airport and back to residence

AFAICT @uber answers customer service questions with an AI. And a poorly trained one that thinks you can upload files with an image of a problem on their website, which you can't. First it's "upload a file," then after I check the site source code, it's "send us email." ???
