The golf sim software has it's own benefit that it's a standalone application that interfaces with the "open connect" api that works with a garmin r10 launch monitor via bluetooth.. I figure that's a completely different problem to have than worrying about your carry distance.

@Garmin My GARMIN Tread still not working. Your Mar 25 email admits update v12.90 (Nov 24) caused issues- which are not yet resolved. Per your email replies "we must allow a patch to come". My first email was in Jan 25-how much longer (6mths and 12 mails)? Poor customer service.

Powermaro has been restored in the Garmin Store. It's recommended to update the device to firmware versión 27.13, which theorically fixes the problem with saving routes.

@MooreGovernor info only if your independent Garmin gps keeps rebooting, go into settings, clear all data stored and turn off blue tooth. This will resolve the issues. It’s all related to memory usage.

The error doesn't seem linear, as the calibration factor (Garmin) doesn't fix it. It does fix some issues on the exact speed I used to calibrate, but in higher and lower speeds, it's still wrong. Any idea on how I can fix it?

@pkedrosky Mine worked fine this morning, though I did get an error trying to log into Garmin Connect. Reloaded my browser page and it was back to normal.

@MichaelSnasdell @Garmin I called Garmins Swedish support and they stated it was reports from Europe and US regarding this issue but as far as she knew nothing from Asia so far. My guess however is that it's global. This happend when activating a run activity on my FR 955 and now it's stuck?

@Garmin can you please put out a message so people know there is currently a global issue with devices? It would be the right thing to do especially as customer services have said "a large number of customers are affected"

@Ianmartin_gc8 @GarminUK They are not entertaining a replacement at the moment due to it being a known issue they are working on. If it was on the table, I would be at the post office now sending it back. Lol I know Garmin are great for this stuff, just in limbo and frustrated.
