@RacoldOfficial i have purchased a 25ltr electric geyser from amazon which is racold andris uno. Its been almost 2 months its not working, registered complaint several time but no solutions been provided by racold or regional service centre. Customercare is cutting calls.

@amazonIN @amazon very poor service by Amazon, I have booked mobile on 12th of this month and it was 1day delivery, since 13th onwards order status is showing out for delivery and today it is 16th still not delivered. Status is just saying order is running late. Very bad service

I didn't expect it would happen but PS5 is actually a very good way to watch Amazon Prime especially when Amazon Prime app on my Samsung TV is so unstable and doesn't load up properly

@_Manyzz Mostly bc Amazon’s new api spits out the craziest errors so we’ve been figuring out how to manage those so that sellers can get shipments done
The new api cutover was Jan 20. Either way, we are working on it!

Hey @amazonIN, your delivery executive says,
"I won't climb 5 Floors Upstairs and come to deliver if my flat's Lift is not working" and
" I get only 10INR for your parcel"
and
"You will have to come downstairs and take the delivery"
This is atrocious experience from Amazon.
