@Fortnite Everytime i try to open fortnite on switch it loads up a big red screen that says "An error occured while connecting to Epic Servers. Please try again later." There is a gray "retry" button on the bottom but it won't work whenever i press it

Since May 2nd my Xbox series X crashes suddenly in the middle of the Fortnite game. It is May 22 and still no response from you or update to correct this problem. It's really starting to annoy me ? @FortniteStatus @XboxSupport
