The nest can't be moved right now, if anyone says something. I did say something winter just gone and the winter before it, but the nest is never moved and the birds keep coming back. It's not in a spot that causes water issues fortunately.

@tinselhag they built a nest and a huge spider built a web. It was over when the web was complete. also I have had wasp issues and use a freeze spray (long distance) but you have to be really careful. they have certain "security guard wasps" that sting you if you are near the nest.

@googlenesthelp I’m having problems with my nest thermostat connecting to the Internet. I have reset the thermostat and nothing works. I have also test my Internet box. That also didn’t work. What happens now? How to fix this problem?

Apologies if I upset anyone but this is based on .. things. Seems that there have been issues before, the current working hypothesis is a bird's nest in the flue did it. Not going to be picked up on a routine check.

@rothiemoon We are experiencing a similar issue here in the Isle of Man ?? re plans for a windfarm with 185m turbines proposed within 500m of a hen harrier nest site and surrounded by other nesting / wintering Hen harrier sites. This is aside from the resident owls, kestrel etc
