Worst customer service, by @Crompton_India. Purchased an Optimus cooler from @amazonIN in April 2025. The swing machine stopped working within a few days, and they are not repairing it even after 100s of calls. I would not suggest you to buy Crompton Optimus cooler from Amazon

@HaulAmazon Unbelievably poor service. My package was due on the 9th of May by 8 PM. At 6 PM on the 8th I got a message saying it was delayed until the 20th. It's been sitting in LAX customs since the 8th with no movement. Amazon, really poor showing.
