Expertise Golan (e.g.) glove all golan gloves are then at that level, same for named and exotic ones. St Elmos (e.g.) expertised to 28 all in stash characters or rewarded are 28.

You can earn it by having the weapon, gear, skill equipped and defeat enemies or, for gear and weapons, donate duplicates to raise it. Once it maxes out you can spend resources to improve its base stats

@TheDivisionGame why does the menu strobe effect and menu glitch effect and text font always reset? Every update it does and for some reason it just did it two days in a row. How can you fix this? I hate the strobe effects.

@TheDivisionGame can you fix the disconnect issue on Xbox randomly started disconnecting from servers today happened probably 10 times already today says to check my internet connection and I’ve already reset everything just incase I have good internet so I know it’s not that
