Expertise Golan (e.g.) glove all golan gloves are then at that level, same for named and exotic ones. St Elmos (e.g.) expertised to 28 all in stash characters or rewarded are 28.

You can earn it by having the weapon, gear, skill equipped and defeat enemies or, for gear and weapons, donate duplicates to raise it. Once it maxes out you can spend resources to improve its base stats

@thedivisiongame Your recent update keeps crashing my Xbox Series X. Whether I call for backup, join others, or do tasks, it freezes and crashes my console. Please investigate this issue.
