@SpiritAirlines Now the flight is scheduled to leave at 9:49. According to Max in customer service it is due to a maintenance problem. If I get to airport and flight has been cancelled I expect reimbursement for my Uber fee to get to airport and back to residence

@Uber_India Filed a serious complaint yesterday on the Uber app about a shuttle driver’s rowdy behavior and trip cancellation. Got a generic reply promising an investigation—but total silence since then. Is this how Uber handles serious issues? Was that response just eyewash?

AFAICT @uber answers customer service questions with an AI. And a poorly trained one that thinks you can upload files with an image of a problem on their website, which you can't. First it's "upload a file," then after I check the site source code, it's "send us email." ???

Fixed 2 issues: - some floating sprites on the screen shake (different planes may shake differently, so there is a problem) - fix an uber exploit based on interruption of 1 non-attack move with another no time to waste
