@AppleMusic, the constant errors on laptops and desktops when streaming are annoying. Every time I search, there are excuses for why the errors occur, but they have all been deemed not to be the problem. Users are paying for more access and capabilities, all for them not to work… -

@AppleMusic @Apple I just found out I have been getting double charged for Amazon music since 2018. Your support validated that I was charged in error and apologized, but will not refund me the $899.20 I am owed. I hope people see this and how poorly you treat customers. -
@towolawiismail Spotify Premium is N1300 (N43/day); student plan N650 (N21/day). Apple Music N1000 (N33/day); student plan N550 (N18/day). The economy is bad, but that’s the not root cause. The major problem is embedded in a skew consumer psychology that sees no value in services. -
