Ubereats driver support is terrible! I typed out my issue before reaching out to them in regard to my 3 cancelled trips due to the stores being closed that I didn’t get compensated for.
. @UberEats is a horrible company. Their support system sucks. You can’t get anyone on the phone nor does their automated system work. Their interface is horrible. I think they do that so you can’t report issues until days later. By then your money is gone. They need to fix this.
@UberEats I had a major issue with my order today which resulted in me not receiving my order. I have tried to go through the app but the issue specific to me wasn't there help please

@UberEats the value in human as customer service agents should never phase out, a glitch in a software wouldn’t probably report itself.
@UberEats Be aware that when @UberEats appl gives you an error ans states your order did not go through to try again, DO NOT try again. They will charge you twice and not refund you eventhogh their glitch causes the double charge

@UberEats I have an issue and your app did not have an option to reply or contact.
