I pay for Adobe Creative Cloud but I might ragequit and switch to Resolve for clips because Premiere Pro is absolute GAAAAARBAGE NOW...lagging timelines...playback that doesn't work... How am I supposed to churn out my own clips if Premiere craps out so easily??

My paid Adobe plan was canceled without my request. Support asked me multiple times to pay AGAIN for something already paid. They refuse to escalate, deny the issue, and offer only a refund + trial. This unacceptable. I need my subscription restored immediately. @Adobe @AdobeCare

Trying to outsource PDF tech documentation for business partners globally. I can't select the option to allow anyone with a link to review option. This is absolutely crazy... all online services seem to be working well... very bad. At this point I am trying to sync some new fonts to a web project I'm working on. But Adobe Fonts keeps providing a timeout error message. This means I cannot produce what I am being payed to produce. At the same time the Adobe Service Status page shows that e.g. Adobe Fonts is "online and working". I think Adobe need to check their Service Status functionality...

Hi @AdobeCare Are there known issues with the latest version of Camera Raw? When I copy developing settings of a RAW file, and apply them on a bunch of files, none or only some of the options are applied despite selecting All.

@AdobeCare Updating drivers is an overall system stability risk factor, and I shouldn't have to update drivers for something as fundamental as file playback & caching. Especially when the previous versions are having no issue.

@AdobeCare Earlier today I was able to click on 10 items and the download option was available. I was also able to click on the 'select all' option and the download option was still available. In each case, whe I clicked on the download button, it told me there was a 'download error.

@AdobeCare The crash would happen in the small popup loading screen, no DLL or anything even showed up as being loaded. I was able to fix it by rolling back AMD GPU drivers to the ones released in march. No crash log file seems to have been generated in AppData Premiere Pro folders, though.

@AdobeCare it could be the extension I’m using but I’ve never had this many crashes and glitches. I work a lot with compound shapes, lines and clipping masks along with artwork that can be a little complex. I’ll move a line and it’ll quit the app and start to recover the doc

@AdobeCare I am currently rolling back my AMD graphics drivers to the January 23, 2024 version. I am not experiencing any problems with this version. I believe both problems will recur when I apply AMD's latest graphics driver.

I tried to open a Pr project from Ae via DynamicLink, but the DynamicLink connection fails. I have unchecked “Multi-frame rendering” in the preferences and have confirmed that the error is temporarily resolved, but when I restart the project, the problem reappears.@AdobeCare

Adobe Express has been down for about an hour for me, even though they’re posting no official outage. On both my iPad and iPhone, via wireless and cellular. App opens, but as soon as you try to open a document, mine or a template, it just spins forever. Tried restarting, and quitting apps. Nothing. Disheartening.

@AdobeCare - You have major problems with InDesign 19.5.2 - its not just me, its lots of people in the forums with image reading issues. Rolling back to 19.5.1 fixes that issue.

@AdobeCare I have tried to recreate the issue and I believe it was caused by resolution I was working in. The resolution of the video was 1900 x 4112 and I exported the GIF at this resolution and a significant compression resolution.

@AdobeCare Additional, it would still cause the same error if I imported the exported video file back into Premiere Pro or Media Encoder to re-export/convert to an animated gif. I was able to convert it into an animated gif but only with an alternative program. (4/5)

@AdobeCare Thanks for the concern. I did use both the 2024 and 2025 versions of Media Encoder but it didn’t seem to work. My guess was the pixels in the video were over exposed which caused the software to glitch. (1/5)

@AdobeCare The problem is because I have reset old pc, my browser is not supported. However, the fact that I cannot use photoshop elements 12 without registering it, even though it is already registered from past use, and I have a product key, is absurd, and very annoying.

We've not been able to get into Adobe since late Monday afternoon. It will not take our login and directs us to our browser and we go that route it has us choose our company and it comes up and in less a minute the box pops up saying unable to connect bla bla bla and no way to bypass - so we are unable to work on any our files etc and having to purchase off-brand adobe in order to do work! We pay a lot for all of us in the office to have access and it's a potato.
