I live in the middle of Austin, TX and my land line phone has been down for a week. Called ATT and they said it would be fixed by tonight. Of course, it wasn't. Now they're AI says there is a cable problem in the area. Their service just gets worse and worse. I worked as a phone tech for 20 years and I can tell you that ATT has the worst service system in the business. I can't wait to talk to them tomorrow. (again)

Even after I managed log back in, the phone couldn't connect to the wireless Bluetooth. Think it could have been the itnernet carrier problem - ATT. Thankfully, after switching off and on the phone, I was able to connect.

My only issue with @ATT wireless internet is equipment outages on a nearly weekly basis. Their modem takes nearly 10mins to reboot which is a pain in the butt, but the price is substantially lower than @CoxComm and speed very comparable so I’m ok with it and all my devices play

Topeka, Kan. It has to have been for a few weeks now. AT&T Fiber Internet keeps dropping service, off and on. I have 3 total smart home devices (Google Nest Mini and (2) WiZ light bulbs, and I have had to manually reconnect them almost everyday. I've reset my router, did the troubleshoots, and reset my devices multiple times.

Church lite… 1 hour Sunday morn… Avoid pm services if they still remain. Most have been torpedoed. How is this not sin by failure to “sanctify the Lord’s Day?” #SBC generally looks apostate for lack of submission to the Word. There are exceptions…but very difficult to find.

I'd just like to say that when we have a TV wifi outage, like just now, it takes WAY YOO MANY tries to get TV back on. We pay AT&T for Internet each month, so it's AT&T's responsibility when we have no connection, correct? (We don't have u-verse anymore, but YouTube TV. But since we pay AT&T for the internet it seems that they are the ones we should be able to contact when we can't watch TV. I've said all that twice because I don't even know who does what anymore with our TV. I just know that after a very small thunderstorm, we couldn't get the television to come on for about an hour of trying. Just wondering if anyone else ever has this problem. We actually have TV problems all the time, every single day in one room. But no one will even come look at it without charging us $150.

@ATT team, you have been charging me $35 extra each month for last 5 months due to a glitch in your wireless billing system that fails to recognize the automatic payment I have setup. Each month I call and talk to your customer service to explain the same to get it corrected. 1/2

@ATT Nothing works in your world. My wireless is down, my Internet Air which was sold to be as “faster and better” is not working. I’m completely isolated because I am your customer. Do better. We have options. Your service sucks and your bots are useless. No solutions!
