It might be the signal strength of the towers I'm also a boost mobile user I been connected to my house wifi I was able to make a phone here and there and when I try to make a call back to back it keeps dropping

My mobile data stopped working at random while i was scrolling. My bill is already paid for the entire month so thats not the issue. I own an iphone even messaging requires internet they must pay for making my phone unable to use. I will be calling to complain this is unacceptable i havent been able to use my phone in two hours this is extremely annoying and not what i pay for. Any solutions?

I’ve been dealing with this issue for almost two days and I even asked if I sent the phone back, could I get another device that will work. I was told “even if you get a new device the system still wouldn’t be able to activate it since we’re having internal issues”. I just don’t see why this has to happen after I spent $200 on this device.

SMS messages won't send it receive, RCS works but anyone set as SMS only will never get it, and you can't sign in to boost website if 2 step verification is on because they send you a SMS message!! Been on hold when boost for over an hour and the wait is over an hour because of verification! You don't get the code they send then they transfer you to someone else to verify. That queue is completely full right now.

Boost's mobile data has been down since 4:30 pm today 2/18/25 in Baltimore County, MD and York County, PA. That was 3.5 hours ago and it still isn't working. My account is active/in good standing, and I can still make and receive phone calls, but there is no Internet connection unless I use Wi-Fi.

Located in southeast Wisconsin service has been down since 8:00 a.m. I am one of four lines that's affected been on phone with customer service all day it wasn't until this last rep told me that the tower is down that I'm currently on the other three lines are not on the same Tower interesting. Gave me a $5 credit woohoo!

around 1 central time they told me there was an outage. I went back to a chat around 330 to get an update, and they told me since i can't receive a text code or call on the cell phone, so they can verify the phone. there's nothing they can do. Then, they proceeded to end my chat when i asked if they have any work around, due to this not being my fault. My husband is not having any issues with him line and we are on the same plan

I was able to get service by manually switching network operators in my settings. I believe I chose the T Mobile operator, but it may be different where you're located. Hopefully this will hold until they resolve the issue.

I'm having no trouble with accessing wifi, but my phone says I'm not registered to a carrier when I try to make phone calls. My husband had the same problem this morning when he tried to make a call, and he's a truck driver. His phone is a critical part of his job.

Fix your service boost you did a firmware update version 14 on my phone yesterday and the security patch update has screw up my whole account that it permanently locked my network up for no reason I have also read your terms of service and I have not violated any of your terms of service please fix my account when my dad login to my account it say everything is fine and no account restrictions or suspended it was working fine before you guys did a security patch update on my phone that screw up my whole account and I might have to order a new sim card or switch to a different mobile data carrier to fix the issue.

Does anyone know what is going on with boost mobile towers in Hernando Florida location I keep getting temporary turn off by your mobile carrier they keep turning it off then back on non stop then when I turn off my wifi calling and turn on mobile data I get 5g but it's very spotty then half of the time it keeps saying emergency calls only i try everything like reset my wifi to default settings then reset my mobile data to default settings nope still doing the same thing I try turn my phone off and back on nope still not working correctly i check to see if it's not a account issue no issues on my account the sim chip is compatible with my phone so i have no clue what is going on.

Mine has been acting up everyday. I found the trick of fixing it this weekend though. Instead of troubleshooting, resetting networks, and turning phone off and on three to four times. Everyone CLICK ON THE AIRPLANE MODE AND TURN IT BACK ON. it works every time. Annon try it and let me know if it worked for you too

Boost Mobile network has been down in my area of Northern Cal since Tuesday 11/19 due to an "upgrade on a local cell tower"? Customer service folks are nice but provide ZERO updates on the progress of the fix because their "engineers" don't provide it. They were only able to tell me that that the agent who initially told me it would take 48 hours to fix the problem was wrong, it's actually 72 hours (Oops! And only business days, they don't do repairs on weekends!), so first possibility of a fix will be this coming Tuesday, maybe. 7 DAYS??! Since I can't receive text messages, each time I call support I have to go through a new "verification process". I can't even login to the website with my PIN. Unbelievable.

Man I have Boost and never had a problem until they changed their network over to echo star network in Sept. Ever since I've had the same problem. No signal then I have to troubleshoot, reset my Networks, and power off phone just to get a signal. We're basically paying for phone service that doesn't even work smh

Both my mobile phone and internet were completely off for a matter of 30 minutes this morning they just turned back on at the same time. No reason why. I have no clue why I have T-Mobile but I have boost Mobile prepaid for mobile phone service and T-Mobile home internet for internet. So doesn't make sense
