I just paid my bill yesterday. My text aren’t working. Service quality has degraded Drastically in the last couple months. Switched to a new plan with them so my hotspot would be included, it hasn’t worked in the 2 1/2 months since. I’ve done all the troubleshooting, it’s on their side, but they refuse to accept responsibility and do a simple reset. Stay away from this BS. There are other options For sure! As soon as my phone is paid off, I’m gone!

Have a similar issue too I have 5 g but the speed are extremely slow and my mobile data bars are going in and out non stop then so emergency calls only non stop I this close to fire them and switch to a different carrier plan.

Cell tower are screw up in Hernando County FL area it show I have 5g but I ran a speed test it show upload speed 2kbps and download speed 1kbps and then it keeps saying error 409 Wi-Fi calling failed to connect to cell tower call customer service . This is happening in Hernando County FL 34442 area fix it or I will cancel my subscription plan and switch to a different mobile carrier.

Having the same issue I switched to Wi-Fi calling and they kept disable my Wi-Fi calling with a Error99 saying there is a problem with your DNS configuration settings.

Same here. Pay my bill on time and still I have to deal with this BS. Absolutely no way for me to make/receive calls, texts, etc without Wi-Fi. Absolutely ridiculous.

Boost fix your cell tower they are acting up again in Hernando country fl 34442 area I have my mobile data on but not getting any bars it just keep showing sos emergency calls only and the wifi call keeps disconnecting non stop every time I turn it on and your system keeps automatically turning it back off non stop.

Cell towers are down again in 34442 Hernando FL county area got a really important call for my surgery doctor as this a life threatening situation and can't even make a phone call as I keep getting sos emergency calls only and sos emergency calls only is not working either I fired TracFone phone calls service as too many outages issues and switch back to you guys and you guys are starting this outage crap again don't make me have to fire you too and ban you in my state.

Boost uses at&t tmobile and dish network towers. Your only option would be verizon at this point

Seriously Considering switching to Verizon or at&t. They've got to be better than this. It seems like every other day I'm having to reset my phone due to connection issues. Then I'm using my hotspot and it refuses to connect when I still have hotspot data. WTF BOOST MOBILE!!!

Emails for 2 days saying I changed my device then they apologize and said will give me 5 dollars credit keep it then here comes more emails saying the same thing u successfully changed your device but anyway idk I took off my bank card put on a prepaid card that has zero on it delete auto pay and blocked them from my bank I don't trust them anymore good bye and good riddance

It's never taken 24 hours to restore service after a payment. It's practically instantly.

Thanks for the payment comment. Even though I got the text from Boost this morning statin that I auto-paid, I had to manually pay the bill again (just moments ago) and call service has been restored. I figure I'll wait a few days for their support lines to settle down then discuss getting a month free or a refund... Or I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I just made a payment and service is working again. Boost's website showed I hadn't paid yet even though my Chase credit card does show my autopay went through. So I have paid twice and hopefully I'll be credited but at least the phone is working again.

I think the auto pays did not go through so you have to manually pay for Oct. I turned off autopay, then made a manual payment for Oct. Then my service was restored. I then turned auto pay back on for next month.

Went to a boost store and the lady told us it was a SIM card issue because Boost has a new provider. When the SIm card didn't work she said our plan was too old and we needed to upgrade, of course to a more expensive plan.... How convenient SMH
