I am the cause of today's incident. I have been unable to find any way to contact Box support to mitigate the situation and prevent this in the future. I tried to upload ~400 semi-large files at the same time from different sites, I didn't know I couldn't do that, that's kind of why we got Box instead of a normal FTP site. I'm now doing 20 at a time, like there isn't a $3.5 billion company entirely designed around this sort of thing. I'd like to restate that there is zero possibility of contacting support.
