@CenturyLink has got to be the absolute worst company for customer service. My internet has been out for 8 days straight and every day I have asked customer support when the area outage will be resolved and every day I am promised “tomorrow” it will be. Should I start an AG case?

CenturyLink has the worst technical support and response times. I am sick and tired of the programmed responses I get, like "thank you for providing that information to me. I will do everything in my power to own this experience and fix the issue to your complete satisfaction"
@CenturyLink My internet is OUT since May 15th in rural Lake Co, FL! You keep saying "area outage" but I found the box on my pole DAMAGED (photo!). Your app support won't send a tech & deletes tickets. This is unacceptable! I need service restored NOW. #CenturyLinkFail
I dont recommend CenturyLink if you have other options available. They absolutely dont care about customer service, or the company they are paying to handle their support certainly doesnt. They apparently outsource their help line to third parties that lie to about repair times and take ten minutes just to respond to texts. I got bounced between numerous representatives just trying to confirm a repair order and they absolutely do not care about their jobs or even actually responding to what you are saying. This has honestly been the most frustrating lack of customer service I have encountered.
@CenturyLink still without phone and internet. This is day 3 with no service. Please help. Can’t do my part time job without internet so you are costing money.
@CenturyLink Internet has been out since early AM on Thursday and new estimate to get fixed is now 5/27/25 at 19:00! Not acceptable at all! No Internet or home phone. Please fix!!!!
