Been down in Glendale, AZ for about 5 days now. My WiFi technically turned back on today, but it turns itself off regularly and caps itself at about 5 mb/s, down from my usual 80mb/s. They keep pushing the resolution date back a day at a time.

@CenturyLink The problem is when they came into Mapleton to fix broken lines, they ran out of time on their permit to finish replacing them to our home and three other homes in our town. Everyone else got fixed --- that was six months ago. Ours is STILL broken. Try fixing that over the phone.

In MN and this is the 3rd outage in a week. It went down early last week and when it was up, it kept dropping every hour or less. Another outage on Friday where we were told it would back up tonight (Sunday) at 7pm. Still not working and now there is an outage that won't get fixed until 6:43pm on Sept. 2. Ridiculous! Three landlines going to two houses have been inoperative since 8-21-25 on my property. ZIP code is 85257 (Scottsdale, Hayden & Oak) . The phones have no dial tone. Older model phones seem to have power and make a scratchy noise with a loud AC hum. The newer model phones on the property are just flat DEAD (like a bar of soap). This is about the fourth time this has happened in the last 2 years. People who call my numbers will get a busy signal 24/7 . My access to banking, which requires a verification code delivered to a landline, is also cut off. Dealing with CenturyLink to fix this problem is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!

My Internet service from Century Link incurred an outage from June 29 to July 3, 2025. Unfortunately, it was not in the news. So I called customer service. And incompetent BOT answers phone and promises 24 hour technical support is available. Not so! The BOT repeatedly prompts you to reset, reboot, check connections/cords, then says it's resetting my connection and to please be patient -- repeating the same process over and over and over again. No help at all! Why not just tell me there's an outage instead? Horrible customer service. I was so mad that I called around to different providers. Can I look up previous outages on this site?
