File uploads have been hanging indefinitely for several hours across all devices and networks. I have already tried multiple browsers, incognito mode, rebooting devices, using cellular data, opening new chats, and testing small file sizes/types. Uploads begin but never complete processing. Appears to possibly be a backend/account-related issue rather than a local device problem. Posting in case others are experiencing the same issue.

I had an issue before with my PC time not updating. Even a minute off can cause issues. I scheduled a task to sync time on reboot to force time to update. time issue can cause web page loading issues.
