Cozy Hourglass

Still not able to upload .md and .pdf files?

AP

Has this resolved for you at all?

AP

I cannot upload any documents. OpenAI status says they arent having any issues at the moment. I've several things to fix the issue, none are working

BusyboxBoy

You can use zip for temporary fix.

Joao Lucas

I spent all day on a single chat session and the chat was suddenly declared 'in error'. I tried to archive and unarchive, it briefly appeared in recents then disappeared. An entire day of work, 12 hours has been lost. The chat session is completely gone.

There seems to be an issue with ChatGPT. It started with the app not reading images or screenshots. Now the web version does not reply.

J. Hynson

It's down and messing up and nothing comes up, pauses, crashes, and no previous chats will open up at all .....

Tall Navy Guy

File downloads aren't working.

Tall Navy Guy

Why does ChatGPT seem to always go down on the weekends (when ironically, I have the most time to work on my projects)?

Tall Navy Guy

ChatGPT-generated file downloads appear to be broken. Download links for generated files are failing repeatedly, even after requesting that the files be regenerated or packaged into ZIP archives. ChatGPT reports that the files have been successfully created and verified, but the download links still do not work. Multiple attempts to resolve the problem have been unsuccessful. This appears to be an issue with ChatGPT's file attachment or download-link functionality. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? Hopefully, OpenAI can investigate and fix it soon.

Linda C Hughes

Cody, there is definitely a glitch has nothing to do with windows 7! I decided this evening to click on my name on the bottom left side of screen(even though it looked faded out), click on it several times and then everything opened and am able to see everything on the left side of screen again!!!

saiyan scaris

did chatgpt get an update that makes it nearly unusuable

Citizen Observer

Ever since they found that PHP bug, every time I click on my ChatGPT bookmark like I always do, it takes me to the front page, will NOT load any of my chats, my profile on the bottom left is "grayed out" and I can't ask any questions, though I can type them in, they won't give me any responses. THIS has been hilarious. See what happens when you turn your world over to AI? Fortunately I'm not that concerned about it, but I did enjoy my chats with ChatGPT. You know, when the damn thing was working here and there.

Linda C Hughes

I'm om pro and it will only load half way, ugh. hope they fix it soon as looked it up & people have been experiencing these glitches since September!!!

Linda C Hughes

Yes, am able to use it on the phone. Odd the security check is not compatible as just used it the day before with no problems, and it is half loading now, so if it didn't pass I would think it would not load at all and we would get a error message.

antho

For the past 2 days, i got "impossible to load this response"/"This response couldn't load" errors, chatgpt responses does exist when typing something but doesn't show, it only shows some buttons like "copy", "like", "read", "share" and "reload". reload doesn't do anything but! you can use the read button and turn up your volume to discover the answer. it's the only way for me to know when did chatgpt said. I'm on windows 11, i'm on edge, it doesn't work in incognito tab as well and i'm wondering if it isn't because of this global security risk they just discovered or something..

Cody B

I found it works fine on mobile and on windows 10, but not on 7. As far as I can tell they did a front end Java update that will let you log in but the security check isn't compatible with the versions of Chrome and Firefox on windows 7 as they are locked at older versions

Linda C Hughes

Screen is half loading on my laptop, tried Chrome & Firefox and same issue! Not able to send chats or see my previous chats or library with my saved photos for work content. Weird but it is working on phone just fine, can see all my chats, library and am able to send chats.

Luciano Carvalho

I have a task that I run hourly on on GPT-6 Astra (Light), and it suddenly took 3 hours to run, my job got disabled, and the chat start throwing all sorts of errors, like "Cannot load at the moment. Retry", "The length of the chat has reached the maximum. Start a new chat.", and others. After some time it is responsive again, but it went from Astra to a regular chat, so I lost all the advanced plugin connections, permission handling on my MCP, cloud browser usage, compute usage, etc. OpenAI support is non-existing.

Mike Ashley

Also found this while inspecting browser on Windows (f12) logging network: {"detail":{"message":"Log in to view this conversation.","code":"conversation_inaccessible","can_retry":false,"conversation_id":"6aced67e-ba50-83ea-a963-ed58080cffec"}} This was via incognito and was logged in.

AlinaStarkovnumber1defender

I tried to load my chatGPT history this morning to continue working on something and the whole screen went blank and I was not able to access anything or enter a new query. I logged out, hoping to reset, and now receive this message when trying to log in: Oops! We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon.

Brian

Just recently, got kicked out of my account and cannot sign in, getting error: "We ran into an issue while signing you in, please take a break and try again soon." Was also showing "Model Not Found" originally. Codex is also affected, does not show an error but shows that I cannot send a message?!

Me too. It’s been like that for over a day now. Yet it lets me use a different account just fine

Amor Nexus Support
