.@Consumer_Cell has got to be the worst cell phone company I've ever had. No service at work when everyone else does. Constantly throttling data when my plan is supposed to be unlimited. DO NOT USE THEM. I'll be switching back to T-mobile today after work. #WorstEver

I just read an article that said some companies who use T-Mobile towers may have connection issues. Apparently they affect people mostly in other countries but also those with phones four years old or older.

@crabby30somthng I get it! My service uses all Verizon towers. They don’t have their own. Looks like consumer cellular uses mix of big carriers. I think cell phone services are major rip offs so I’d recommend going to cheaper service. I’ve had no issues (other than more money in my pocket)

I have always had good service in town 83869 but yesterday and today I only have one bar and sos service. I’ve power cycled, I even had customer support send a push but still issue is the same. I can’t even open my Exxon app and connect so I. Can buy gas.

Consumer Cellular is a joke. My cell phone is essentially dead in a part of zip code 19958. AT&T(their carrier) outage web site says they have a degraded tower in my area ATT will not give me further information on the outage since I am not an ATT customer. Consumer Cellular support says nothing they can do. They are pathetic.

Hello, OP. Our website is currently functioning. Make sure you are clicking the box to accept the Cookies. Additionally, we recomment clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. To clear the cache and cookies, click the three dots at the very top right corner of the computer. Then click Settings at the bottom. Click Privacy, search, and services on the left, and there will be an option that says Clear Browsing Data Now. Click 'Choose What to Clear' to the right of that, make sure the third and fourth options titled Cookies, and Cache are checked, then click Clear Now.

I’ve received this same message the past two months (just became a CC customer 2 months ago 🙄) and the first month I hadn’t gone over 14GB for the whole month, this month I haven’t gone over 5GB! But the people I’ve talked to say they’ve checked their computer and they are claiming it’s correct. 🤬 I can’t even open a browser page…and still have 1/2 a month to go before it rolls over!

My phone is working but my problem is I keep getting emails that I'm over my 50 plan.But I've only use 34.8. And everything is slower than usual. So I call and a lady said she fix it. So at 1:45 a.m. today I get woke up with a text saying I'm over my extended 50 service.

During a recent update, an error caused the promotional discount for the AARP 2 for $55 plan was removed from some accounts in error. They said I used over 8 GB data in 6 hours on phone that was being un-used all day. I spent 3 hours arguing in a chat about how that 8 GB was basically impossible. Something is amiss......

I’ve spent hours on the phone with Consumer Cellular this year over problems and the last call they said I would have less problems if I had an Apple phone. The service should work on any phone especially a $500 Samsung phone! The town isn’t that big!

My phone keeps completely losing service and it has to be reset on the Network after I borrow a phone to call them. During at least 50% of all calls it cuts out so badly, even though I have several bars, that I have to hang up and call back, or they hang up. Consumer Cellular worked for years and it makes no sense why it would suddenly not work as good when there are more businesses near me than ever before. The population was much smaller than it is now.
