I've had no service at my house and surrounding area (where I usually have an exception signal) for over 3 days Once in a while it will look like I have 1 bar but it quickly goes back to emergency only. Service is fine everywhere else I have been. Doesn't seem like they are actually doing anything to fix it. I have been told that service would be restored about 3 times with no change so far. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Access to login on desktop to cricket and login to MAX trhough them down for DAYS CSR says company is working on the site but there is no indication thats whats happening. No prorate for days missed for services paid for. No idea if or when these features will be back Even though theyre being paid for and advertised to new customers for new service. My internet is horrid despite having all of my signal bars, and running only on data. It won’t let me make posts on social media, and even commenting on this post causes my phone to act as if I have no internet connection by refusing to submit and stays stuck on the same screen. Closing out and opening apps back up even after restarting phone does not work. Wi-Fi connections work better, but I do not always have Wi-Fi access. Please fix it, Cricket!

Years ago AT&T worked best here. Since 2024 started it went to crap. Vzn was always crap. Tmobile worked great until a month and a half ago. When tmobiles home internet was allowed in this Reading Pa. area. Walmart wifi quit for weeks but works again after signing in. And Tmobile has no signal there now. Reddit poster stated switching to 4G lte data may increase Tmobile data speed. Just tried. No increase. Glad I dropped Cricket More for USmobile's 2gb $10/month shared data plan. (shrug shoulders)

Montgomery, Alabama. Couldn't make calls yesterday (07/30/2024) for the entire afternoon and evening. Data and texting worked. But calls to anyone just said "(After a chime) We're sorry. Your call cannot be completed at this time. Please try your call again later." That's it. I chatted with Cricket - they wanted to reset my phone, but I had to back it up first. So, I got on Wi-Fi and backed it up. By then, the chat was closed for the day. But by morning, I could make calls again. So, I presume there was just an outage, and I never needed to reset the phone in the first place.

07/15, 7 days after Beryl ripped through Houston. Cricket services are still down and there has been 0 transparency from Cricket/ATT on when their services will be restored. If everyone is so riled up and ready to give Center Point the criticisms they deserve, where are the load voices calling out Cricket/ATT. Cricket wireless had an unusual issue in 68046. Everything worked besides voice recognition. When I drove one mile West voice recognition consistently worked. I tried going back and forth several times to make sure.

I have no service at work. I have used Cricket for almost 5 years and no problems until now. I work in Sylmar off of San Fernando Road. A cricket employee told me the cell tower is down off of San Fernando Road and is not sure if and when service will be restored for this tower. My data has been crap for days. Data connection drops in and out. Yesterday I went hours without data and this morning was working better but still not working perfect. Cricket is not even responding to my Messenger messages on Facebook. I was pissed one day because ever since the widespread AT&T outage my data has felt throttled or non existent. My cell tower has been having a weaker signal. I sent them a message because their "troubleshoot" crap never does anything yo fix the problems. I honestly feel they were deprioritizing me and throttling me because it's either that or a problem with the service, phone or tower. I used not so nice language and they blew my message off and havent responded to my new complaints. I used to love Cricket. But it's garbage now

Outage in Houston yesterday, tower damaged by tornado or flying cows.
