So basically, if you have a major problem with @Cricketnation , they can’t do absolutely anything for you. They can only sell you the phones and charge you monthly for the service, but helping you fix an issue they caused, and that you cannot solve in any way because… 1/3

@Cricketnation my phone seems to be in SOS mode more times than out anymore. Have had a new sim card more in the last 2 years than years prior. Just switched to eSim to see if that was the issue. NOPE. But yet nothing claims there is an outage in my area.

My service is down and when I try to chat with customer support, the idiots want me to submit a one time code to connect to an agent. How the hell can I do that when I have no service? It's stupid to have to put in a code sent to my phone to chat! My service is out and I need to report it and get it back up as soon as possible! Your service sucks!!

I have had Cricket a while now... when I have service there is nothing better...but cricket constantly has outages in my area... had no service all Day yesterday and still This morning...I was told yesterday morning that it would be fixed by 2pm yesterday .. totally lied about it...I am in Coshocton OH and My phone is my work... they have caused me to lose about $500 so far....

Whenever I've had an issue with Cricket, its never been their fault, even if it is their fault. Looking at Crickets mother company AT&T, looks like people are having issues there too.

That's weird. I looked at the down detector map a few times and basically all of central Wisconsin East and West central is red. I think that means there's something wrong

Cricket said there is no issues in our area. Was on their chat support earlier for probably an hour. They reset my esim and everything. Nothing fixed it.

I've had this problem every since got phone upgraded. Nashville TN area. Customer support is no help whatsoever. Says no outages but something is definitely up cuz not able to make voice calls unless using Wi-Fi calling. I turn off but it somehow comes back on when making or receiving calls. Very fishy

coming home from work my spotify went into offline mode, couldn't figure out why. I can see the 5G symbol is on but with an "!" Now i'm home and wifi connects & shows Spotify active. So I tried to go to a website after going back on with just cell 5G signal, and it says no internet connection. Tampa Area, I've never had this issue, I'm just glad it was right after work because we use our phones heavily. Looks like I will go back to a post-paid phone since these guys have serious issues with their network constantly. I can see on the internet, they have issues dating back to 2018.

We have no service on mobile phone and internet for several days in Orwigsburg and Deer Park, PA, but Cricket claims no outages reported. Zip code 17961. Upon calling Cricket, they claim there are two towers and one is having maintenance. The other tower is 4G and everyone is trying to obtain their service through that one tower. Service is expected to be reinstated in six days!!! NO ACCEPTABLE!!

I've had no service at my house and surrounding area (where I usually have an exception signal) for over 3 days Once in a while it will look like I have 1 bar but it quickly goes back to emergency only. Service is fine everywhere else I have been. Doesn't seem like they are actually doing anything to fix it. I have been told that service would be restored about 3 times with no change so far. 🤦🏼‍♀️

@Cricketnation DO NOT buy your device here. Bought one for 699 in 2022, left Cricket in 2024 and told unlock was done. Since, features on my phone stopped working like wifi calling and 5G. Samsung verified they did not complete unlock. When I call Cricket they refuse to help!!!!!

On 3/17 (2025) I lost my internet service with Cricket in the morning. Twice, I was told that their internet service was down, and it would take another 48 hours to repair. It looks like either Cricket lied, or I'm their only customer.
