For the past few weeks I've been dealing with slow downloads and broken webpages, websites, and some video buffering on both unlimited data & hotspot. Switched to a new phone and it's still doing it! I've been with Cricket all my life, and it's disappointing the amount of times I've had to get new phones and service because of them. I'm in Danbury, TX. Shameful.

Trenchant Wit

Cell service down here in Central Iowa. Texting mostly works. Calling does not. Been down all day. Can't login to Cricket website because it sends a text to authenticate that expires in 10 minutes, and I don't get the text to my phone for 30 minutes.

@jmsbvr @Cricketnation was it for no service as well?

genlorri

@Cricketnation I don’t have permissions to send you a DM.

Wayne Young

Text messages have not worked for over an hour.

deb_ling

no service in Sacramento CA

akasha121185

So basically, if you have a major problem with @Cricketnation , they can’t do absolutely anything for you. They can only sell you the phones and charge you monthly for the service, but helping you fix an issue they caused, and that you cannot solve in any way because… 1/3

BatSh_tt

@Cricketnation if wait times to speak to customer service are 41 minutes, you aren't providing a service. Obviously there are so many problems for customers and Cricket doesn't provide adequate support. Cricket is failing customers.

Rowan Desdemona

App to pay my phone bill is down for me. I'm in zipcode 97463

Lacey Wagner

App won't load so I can pay my bill and quick pay isn't going through. It's not on my end... Frustrating.

Paperlane4

@Cricketnation I HAVE NO CONNECTION 0 SIGNAL WHAT IS GOING ON !

ToriMelching

@Cricketnation my phone seems to be in SOS mode more times than out anymore. Have had a new sim card more in the last 2 years than years prior. Just switched to eSim to see if that was the issue. NOPE. But yet nothing claims there is an outage in my area.

Pookie

My service is down and when I try to chat with customer support, the idiots want me to submit a one time code to connect to an agent. How the hell can I do that when I have no service? It's stupid to have to put in a code sent to my phone to chat! My service is out and I need to report it and get it back up as soon as possible! Your service sucks!!

Wiley Albritton

I have had Cricket a while now... when I have service there is nothing better...but cricket constantly has outages in my area... had no service all Day yesterday and still This morning...I was told yesterday morning that it would be fixed by 2pm yesterday .. totally lied about it...I am in Coshocton OH and My phone is my work... they have caused me to lose about $500 so far....

Hypocrite Moe

Cricket Wireless and A T & T Wireless services are spotty or non existent in Greenfield Indiana today, 11/14/25.

saleenb1087

@Cricketnation Well your customers buy your junk phones that work only hlf the time like your network.

Cody zunda

Concerned_Citizen

SE Kansas AT&T, Cricket, Still have no service

Jen

Missouri here, my phone has been losing complete signal and data off and on today! Been needing to restart phone to regain, only for it to do it again! It does without notice and now I have no idea how many important calls etc. I've missed!

Concerned_Citizen

SE Kansas ATT

Liz

Same, it's starting to get annoying. I have stuff to do tomorrow I won't be able to stay in contact with the people I need to message

Troy t

Shawano county here still have zero signal

Liz

I don't think there are any payphones in my city🤣😭 this is just weird because I've never had this happen

Dan

lol, its like your stepping back in time now. I remember the days without a cell phone. Make sure you have some change in case you need to find a pay phone to call someone.

Liz

Well, either way hopefully it's fixed soon. I don't like not being able to leave my house and keep in contact with people. Without reception or data I can't message anyone unless I'm at home and connected to wifi

Dan

Whenever I've had an issue with Cricket, its never been their fault, even if it is their fault. Looking at Crickets mother company AT&T, looks like people are having issues there too.

Liz

That's weird. I looked at the down detector map a few times and basically all of central Wisconsin East and West central is red. I think that means there's something wrong

Dan

Cricket said there is no issues in our area. Was on their chat support earlier for probably an hour. They reset my esim and everything. Nothing fixed it.

Liz

I haven't heard anything. I came here to see if anyone knew what was going on. All google says is "There's no reports of widespread cricket wireless outages"

Jefff

😂😂😂 hope it's fixed soon, have you heard anything about what the issue is? I can't find anything about it.

Liz

Right!🤣 I was literally on a walk and I looked at my phone and I'm like "Huh, my data isn't working" when I got home I restarted my phone like 4 times😭😂

Jefff

Same I can't tell you how many times I turned airplane mode on and off and restarted my phone 😭😂

Liz

Yeah. I was so confused at first I thought it was just me until I looked on down detector

Jefff

On Android phone with cricket and my phone is out as well

Jefff

Upper peninsula Michigan and I've been out all day as well only wifi calling works. Phone says roaming no service.

Dan

I was thinking maybe it was an iphone thing and cricket since my wife's Google pixel 9a is on 5G and working fine on cricket. Not sure why it'd only be certain people having issues if its not hardware related.

Liz

I have a Motorola, and none of my friends use cricket so I can't even ask them if they're having problems. Can't even call my dad to ask because I can't call anyone

Dan

Central WI also, but only having the issue on my iphone. Wife's Google phone is working fine.

Liz

Central Wisconsin here, been out all day. Emergency calls only, data doesn't work. Anyone know what's going on??

Jefff

No connection (roaming) for cricket in upper peninsula Michigan.

I've had this problem every since got phone upgraded. Nashville TN area. Customer support is no help whatsoever.
