that's a serious one

Beeboooop

I was just trying to find out if giraffes like long neck bottles or cans when drinking beer... Answers are needed!

_MAreX_

It's down for me either. I'm from Ukraine.

Beeboooop

It appears to be down in the US but if you squint really hard to trick it, it lets you ask questions.

Problema de geração, crach em loop

Big D Randy

I NEED something to critique my writing god please

Big D Randy

No way, America loves AI data centers

Al-Qaeda

It's broken for hours now, is America bombed their Ai center or something?

GrayhatBlackDragon

Find my research documents. Everything you want is there…

Quốc Anh Nguyễn hoàng

Expert mode was combined with vision and instant because the new model is deepseek-v4.1-flash (expert and instant were the old v4-pro and v4-flash)

Aus

Yeah I know how that feels

Tomy Power

Yes is yes

Hello Noob

Does anyone here know how to use deepseek "expert" mode with deepthink? Since they removed it I can't figure out how.

Oki

I will force my dog to consume my homework, then.

Sarah Gardner

Tree-Fiddy

but but I have this new app, game, thing I made all myself! well actually like 99% AI.

Aus

Ok fair

ThotsBContagious

Amazing if you people learned how to actually code than lame vibecoding you'd know how to work without it.

PaddiCakes

Lmao if your business relies on LLM your business sucks. The only exclusion is the ones who provide the LLM.

PaddiCakes

They're the most utilized thing in China for AI. Cry more.

Aus

It's down again isn't it I swear i'm going to lose my mind over here

PaddiCakes

Wild its almost like maintenance or upgrades cause server downtime. Why don't you ask why steam does Tuesday maintenance next clueless.

C.I.A

CIA raid in progress. Operation Deep in the Hole.

salt

Renee Dash

If it weren't for the constant downtimes this would fr be the best AI out there imo

alyanxbab

why is it always down every weekish and monthish

generalfloof

seeking in the deep

Nope

More like deadseek.

Sarah Gardner

Ok guys I love deep seek and yalls mission but we really need to fix this issue. If you need more money to expand servers, you could put a donate button in there. I wouldn't ever monetize it but if you did put a donate button I'd help out.

Sarah Gardner

Editing too frequently

Kai

Kyojura

"editing too frequently" message for no reasons. fix DeepSeek

Al-Qaeda

Can you help me for something?

Krixx Va

WTF, FIX THE FLASH API CALL. WHY ARE YOU GUYS ALWAYS UNRELIABLE?

Al-Qaeda

🤔

Geeked

3-4 minutes of server being busy again. Let's see how fast it gets fixed this time 🤭 time to take notes of troubleshooting while waiting Edit: 5 minutes only it seemed 😂 earlier was only a few minutes as well, unlike the maintenance aftermath earlier

Amr Easa

is it down again?

Josh zenic

yessir we back online.

Snipe76

Back online boys!!

Mohammad Masoudi

yeahhhhh, let's back to vibe coding. haha

Ronald Mendez

We're back online

Anthony Green

I’m sad because DeepSeek is the only ai that I like. It’s like losing a friend. Siri is helpful but she annoys me lol

Mohammad Masoudi

which agent are you using?

Malcolm Edward becerra gonzale

a lot higher... 1 hour, 17m tokens, 7usd,.....

Snipe76

If you look at their official status page, you will notice the "99.81%" up time quickly change to "99.80%" Are they lying on their website? lol....

Kathy J. Shattler

Lansing MI! Its been down since 2:30 PM EST and it is 5:10 pm now.

Kathy J. Shattler

Not for me. Site on my iPhone and Web are both unresponsive. I am in the Lansing, MI area about 2 hours outside of Detroit.

Snipe76

THEN THEY SHOULD WRITE THAT ON THE FKN OFFICIAL STATUS PAGE THAT THERE IS MAINTENANCE!

Josh zenic

its down but running as expected BECAUSE THIS IS SCHEDULED

Mohammad Masoudi

the caht is down aswell :))

Snipe76

apparently now. It says: "Everything is running smoothly All systems are operating as expected." when the API is down

Mohammad Masoudi

v4 Pro is up and working but have a higher cost ...

Mohammad Masoudi

GitHub is slop, but at least their status page is honest when they're down.

Geovanny Morillo

oh my god the api is down too

Snipe76

No its not. I am on v4.1 flash

Jk Duffy

Thank you

Snipe76

Then they should fkn update their official servers status page.

Josh zenic

its up for v4.1 users, but for everybody else its down. cause we're all getting migrated

Josh zenic

yes, everything is going to get retired and all of it is being moved to v4.1

Mohammad Masoudi

v4 flash is not available aswell, they drop that and migrated to 4.1?

Josh zenic

a maintenance thing was scheduled for on sept 14th 2026 so just wait about an hour or so

Mohammad Masoudi

idk, it seems the server are down

Josh zenic

its cause we're all getting migrated to v4.1 and after a while, itll stop

Jk Duffy

What's happening with deepseek?

Mohammad Masoudi

Damnnn i just trying to change my AI Agent i thought the problem is related to opencode or maybe my location :)))

Josh zenic

yes

Mohammad Masoudi

deepseek is down???

Meus Acessos

nunca uso. ai quando vo usa o bagui

Snipe76

YES! I noticed that too!

FunkyCat74

cold as heck

Team Manager

Before it went down, I noticed around 4–5x higher API balance usage than normal. Did anyone else observe the same today?

Snipe76

Funny... DeepSeek official status page shows its up and okay. So that is a useless feature to be EMAIL SUBSCRIBED TO!

FunkyCat74

i can tell by how bugged deepseek servers are lol

FunkyCat74

i love how we all come back herer like a Group metting up everytime Some website servers go down <3

Team Manager

Please update location where its down for you!

Nah

I burnt the deepseek servers cause a spider was on them, you're welcome.

Josh zenic

i am not, yet i am experiencing the same difficulties.

Thijs Time

are you in the EU too?

Snipe76

I actually love this model v4.1

Josh zenic

oh, i didn't even know cause i never used expert. lol

Snipe76

Nope... its down. "Working........" for 20 minutes already.

disqus_Lm8mkFPrbK

Oof. Maybe it has something to do with our locations?

Thijs Time

still down for me too ;-;

disqus_Lm8mkFPrbK

Am I the only person for whom the "server is busy" thing is still happening

IsThisBetter

I think jenna meant the recent update where they mixed flash and expert models into one, which replies worse than expert used to

Josh zenic

for me its kinda cloudy

so... hows the weather?

Josh zenic

voice update isnt that bad. also what do you not like about it

Cutiejenna

BRING BACK THE OLD DEEPSEEK VERSION OH MY GOD THIS UPDATE IS SO BAD. Respectfully deepseek, I genuinely HATE this new update.

TwatMeister

depends on where you are using yours, sometimes /model then you select which model

Josh zenic

wait how do you get to other models

TwatMeister

v4 pro is up!!

Josh zenic

i went to deepseek because of gemini having problems, and now i have to go BACK to gemini because deepseek is crashing 😭😭

Luis Alberto Cárdenas Vargas

api caida!!

Misabi Gaming

The app and my api aren't connecting. I also noticed they added voice to the model, is it because there are updates happening?

Josh zenic

in all honesty, i suspect they're updating or training a new model. most likely the reason, as this happened with chatgpt a while ago

huggy wuggy

ik bro it sucks

Majeed's Gaming

Typing indicator just keeps loading without text generation

Charlie Kirk

It says "server busy" broo😭😭 before it was working PERFECTLY fine but now? "Server busy" "server busy"

huggy wuggy

IK BRO IT SUCKS SO BADDDDDDDDDDDDD

Josh zenic

STOP SAYING SERVER DOWN WHYYY I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF TROUBLESHOOTING GAME CODE!!

Ixlammm

I'm going to try glm 4.6

huggy wuggy
