Payment boost keep falling to load up every time I click to boost the server to tire 3 it will try to load up the payment but it keeps falling as when it opens up it just shows a blank black screen then keep close non stop fix this.

?? i got the orbs nitro thing and had 12 days left but it randomly went away and when i bought the orbs nitro again it's now 15 days?? was this just a glitch orr...anyone else..?
