Well that's what happened to me from 8 am to 11 am with support,no solution but they said could be jailbreak ,was told to try in a different device ,and I did and worked,so I decided to check at veryzon store first if the jailbreak thing was true and it wasn't, but a glitch on the system ,I know it happend with different phones and iphone,with a friend in another city in Texas and I'm up in norcal

This new ish rating system is messed up. I deliver early and it marks me as late,dropping me a point on my on time rating and overall rating. It's very frustrating. Premium support says they can do nothing. It happens every other week. I now check my rating after every delivery and report the problem but they do nothing!

If you'll notice...it only does it while your face is on screen. Don't let it see your face and it functions fine. Says put your face in. As soon as it sees your face it cuts off access to the camera. This is in the programming. It's intentional. Everyone should record this and plaster it everywhere on the internet. It's fraud.

If you wait 5min to start moving, you get a notification telling you to hurry up. Another 5min and you get another one. A timer starts counting down and you have to select the option to stay with the order. If you still haven’t started moving after another 5min, you’re eligible for a CV for “Extremely Late Arrival to Pickup”. I’ve only gotten this CV twice in the hundreds of orders that I was late to pickup for.

I can’t even read what you’re trying to say. I live a quarter mile from a Meijer. I sit at home to fish for orders for most of the day. When I accept one, I sometimes don’t leave my house until the 10 minute “start moving” timer is almost up. My on-time rating hasn’t budged.

You have to make sure you're picking up and dropping off no later than 5 minutes after the market time. if it's 6 minutes or more but not more than 10 minutes then your rating will go down for time but you won't get a contract violation, obviously after 10 minutes of either you're going to contract violation and your on-time rating will go down

That is not true. I have over 500 deliveries in the last 30 days to prove it. People are having 1 coffee delivered, which costs them more then if they had a meal delivered. As I tell everyone that tells me about the economy, people spend money if they WANT something and complain about high prices on everything else. We have an outlet mall where I live and it is amazing the number of people spending $100 or $200 just on NIKE shoes EVERY weekend. That parking lot is full every Saturday and Sunday and I have been in all those stores and seeing people walking around with 5 or more bags.

Well, apparently they love giving out CVs now. Picked up the order within 10 minutes of the pickup time, got there late because of new construction closing roads and taking some down to one lane. App said deliver by 1120am, took picture at 1120, and got a CV.

20 plus order part time in a small time is absolutely possible. No traffics and just a few miles for each order 🤣. Small town living is AMAZING

Don’t take stacked orders. I will ONLY take a stacked order if it’s same restaurant and orders are going in the SAME direction…PERIOD!!!!
