DoorDash

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

At some point they will start paying restorants to have their employees to load robots. And even these "loading robots" 5 buck gigs will become unavailable to drivers. Even less offers/work for us.

Hannah

What I want to know is if they can afford to shell out $4-$5 just to drive to the store and load it, why can’t they pay that amount as a minimum base pay on a full delivery? I mean I’m doing 1/3 of the work for twice as much. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Ryan Neff

My Daaher app has completely crashed..unacceptable

Hannah

Exactly! Most of the time I arrive at the store long before the robot so in reality I could deliver the order faster than having the robot take it. One thing they need to fix is a tracker for the robot for the driver to see. If I wait for it too long and it doesn’t show up in the time frame the app says it will, I unassign the order but then end up passing the robot as I leave the restaurant. For now, we get paid half if we unassign and it doesn’t go against the completion rate but I’m sure that will change eventually.

Kzoo

Hilarious. They have robots, but still have to pay a human to drive to robot to load it. Kinda defeats the purpose of having a robot.

Hannah

4.25-5.75 but that can be a mile or 10 miles

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

How much do they typically pay to load a robot?

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

What do you mean by load the robot? Are you loading robots? Instead of delivering with your car? Can you explain. There are no robots in my market, so Im curious. Please provide more info. How much do they pay to load ...robots?

Hannah

So I decide to take one of these load robot orders since it seems to be the only orders available today. Final screen gets stuck, robot leaves and app thinks I haven’t completed the order. Been navigating AI for 30 minutes trying to talk to a live person.

mikeyt34

Notifications for new orders went silent? Is this happening to anyone else?

Hannah

Been logged in 10 minutes. All they’ve sent are orders to load the robots. Not doing that. It’s faster for me to just deliver the order myself.

Ty

Doordash still down, clearly manipulating my earnings/pay with all offers being nearly identical in pay with the same random change amount attached to it. Ratings knocked down nearly 20% and struggling to get orders in a major college city on a Saturday ? Doordash should probably be held liable as an employer granted they make u work for ratings and orders yet can't maintain a functional system to do so that rewards people properly.. and we're all supposed to ignore that and damage our ratings and keep dashing while they refuse to acknowledge errors/outages and keep the app online to collect money from a broken system that's not paying it's workers as intended? Deceptive practices and wage theft

Clinton Howe

Wow. Youre a stable genius arent you?

Some Advice

I understand that you’re unable to get any help from Support Chat Agents and I know how frustrating that can be. Please allow me just a moment to look into this for you.

Ty

Ts makes no sense when I'm coming to an outage platform to report an outage for an income - like do you have any lights on upstairs or feel any normal shame for being the way you are on a daily basis and making other ppl put up with that?

Ty

And here you are going out of your way to talk to me to accomplish..? But go ahead and need to be heard some more since ur not getting attention at home

deadspot10

On incoming orders i don't see the customer address or showing on map just shows me the mileage

Clinton Howe

So record itand show it to the world. AG at the very least. What do you think complaining on here is going to accomplish?

Ty

App doesn't work after the last two updates, orders don't actually show up/routes after trying to interact further. The zones are miniature, separate, and will give you offers for a zone 5 miles away instead of anything around the one ur in. Doordash support is a bunch of foreigners using translators and won't actually help you beyond the copy and paste script they're given to respond with. No insurance for your ratings as workers that affect your wages they're already tampering with. This company sees millions in revenue everyday and can't get it together long enough to quit abusing their workers and customers for a month. The blatant, dismissive playing in your face when faced with real issues and their lack of communication options or communication in general is alarming.

BBear_SuperBBear

Does anyone else have issues with the home screen not showing hotspots or wait times. All I see is my location.

Kzoo

The app doesn't work, but the new fonts always look nice 😂

Kzoo

Lame lame lame...🤮

Debkitty Kitty

They started the new rating system in my area and all I get is $4 and At most $5 tips for the past 50 trips . THATS NOT NORMAL AT ALL !!!

Hannah

So slow today. Took me 6 hours to make $88. Not good.

robynrex

doordash won't accept and payments except paypal. cc work fine for ubereats

Clinton Howe

That is not why this is happening. It has nothing to do with people accepting low orders. It is doordash manipulating and stealing. They settle several cases a year over this. That is what's happening.

Clinton Howe

So you must be new? Welcome.

Andrew M Boss

what the hell is wrong with doordash the past week.. SLOW on app and website.

Hannah

I have the robots in my area so lunch is full of those orders going ridiculously far for super low pay. The robots end up taking a majority of the orders that are just a few miles away. I make significantly less than I used to during breakfast and lunch.

Some Advice

Are you new? I get hundreds of these per day. You just described 95-98% of offers I receive.

Some Advice

$2.65 base pay for a shopping order. 34 items, $220 bill, 7.6 total miles. $20 tip from customer. $10.85 base pay for the next shopping order. 14 items, $46 bill, 3.8 total miles. $4.50 tip from customer. What a joke.

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

Lunch time. App is dead. PNW

Dasher_disaster

Is anybody getting high mileage orders were the miles exceed the pay? I have had to removed 8 orders today. Including one they just sent me for $3 for 9 miles. Mind you im per offer. So that order should have been sent to by time pay model. I am receiving a highly unusual amount more than normal today

Alejandro Molina

Aplicación muerta en miami

Dakota McCauley

Unable to place an order for Slim Chickens. Upon checkout, there's a prompt that says "Make selection for: No drink." Seems to only apply to the Dr. Pepper tenders since the order went through with regular tenders. Just thought it was weird and I'd share in case anyone thought they were alone.

S B

Anyone really not liking this week with slow days?

briana doti

There are a couple of known issues causing this exact scenario right now: 1. The "Disappearing Order" App Glitch 2. Sneaky Customer Cancellations 3. Slow Morning + Platinum Overcrowding What You Should Do Right Now Force Close and Clear Cache Check Your Ratings Tab immediately That is incredibly frustrating, especially when you have done the work to maintain Platinum status. There are a couple of known issues causing this exact scenario right now

briana doti

Force close the app Toggle Airplane Mode Check the Floating Widget / Settings Restart your phone Contact Dasher Support Immediate Steps to Fix It typically happens due to an app glitch, a server sync delay, or because the customer canceled the order

briana doti

Force close the app Clear the app cache Restart your phone Pause orders first Uninstall and reinstall Contact DoorDash Support To fix a DoorDash dash that will not end, try these troubleshooting steps

briana doti

It is incredibly frustrating to sit in your car for 1.5 hours with zero orders, especially when you are ready to work. You are definitely not alone, and checking status updates first is a smart way to save yourself time and gas

briana doti

You're definitely not alone—DoorDash is currently experiencing an outage today, October 14, 2026. Outage tracking services like Downdetector showed a sudden surge in user reports starting around 12:30 PM Eastern Time. Sitting in your car for an hour and a half with zero pings is incredibly frustrating, especially when you are trying to make a living. When things go completely silent like that, the system is almost always broken on their end.

briana doti

chronic stress, emotional burnout, and the overwhelming nature of modern media and routine.

briana doti

That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially when you are just trying to access your schedule or dashboard.

briana doti

Try moving to a hotspot :)

briana doti

You cannot cash out because of a 7-day waiting period, a negative balance, or pending vs. available funds.

S B

Why are all of the apps dead this week?

Evan Morrow

Cant cashout… says not enough funds even though my dash history says i have $98 earned today…

Kyle Schumacher

Is everyone out voting or something? Ive been sitting with no orders for two hours

Kzoo

SW Michigan. Update yesterday morning, the another update same afternoon. Still broken. Lost 5 acceptance points with ghost orders you can't accept because the screen doesn't change, but they still ding your acceptance rate. Also when they offer you "worry free" unassign, it still dings your completion rate. Two updates same day, still broken, but the new fonts always looks nice lol.

Steve Spidle

Can't even get to the home page schedule page or anything.... And when I click the wheel at the top left it brings up current dash, but is completely blank. .

S B

Why is it so dead?

Adjustable Locking Wrench Gara

I dashed 1.5 hours and zero orders I guess I need to check here first daily to see if DoorDash is actually working that day, sorry to see it wasn't just me.

Lily

MY DASH WONT END

Lily

I think it’s just me, I accepted an order the order disappeared, and I cannot access the order or end current dash

HIGGIDY TV

here we go again. platinum dasher and 2 orders since 7am. i got 2 dashes that I accepted that were either canceled or taken away from me ... wth is going on ?

Clinton Howe

This same dude was crying about not making any money just a few days ago. Rubbish.

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

You stopped working because your acceptaance was going down? This is absurd! We are here to make MONEY, not ratings. My acceptance rarrely goes above 5...ever. Because it is hard to find one decent order out of 100 offers. Just learn how to decline.

A. Brown

Today Gas prices is $6 p/gal in my zone, IE, California. Lost 8 points of acceptance rate in 20 minutes that I ended up today,Saturday eve, busy dash. Not worth to continue dash at all. Here why! $8 for 9 miles two different stores to pickup and two different locations to deliver. Another 9 miles to return to my zone( 9+9) this about half gallon/$3 of gas. $5 Left for that stack orders. Need 50 minutes to drive 9+9 miles, you make $5 an hour. ( Not even fair enough to it base pay ) The other 7 orders are at $3 each for no one less than 4.5 miles. Looks like all orders has no tips included but just base pay for each one continuously. DD already make profit from customers and merchants, why DD wants to pay half to the dasher again? That's offensive behavior of DD. Not a best practice in business at all.

Daniel Lee

Can't log into door dash as a customer.

Luke

DoorDash website is having issues

AQUARIUS VODOLEI

Have you completed any deliveries? Did they pay you that?

Ryan Neff

3:30 hours in a Hotspot and no godammn orders

Ryan Neff

App is consistently horrible. I've been live, in a Hotspot for 3 hours and no orders.

Jesus Alejandro De La Rosa Esc

checkout its down

Hannah

App is clearly messed up. Scottsdale AZ showing $96-$106 peak pay! 🤣

Hannah

Today was my first day dashing with this tier system. This is some garbage. I had it for 4 hours and lost it. Trying to maintain it is ridiculous. I’ve driven twice as far as usual and have made half the money. Each decline takes me down a % but never goes up no matter how many orders I take. I drive 11 miles for a $1 tip and then the next order has no tip at all. How is this beneficial for us dashers?!

hanad farah

Is the app for anybody else in Ohio forcing you to schedule a dash it’s been doing that to me since yesterday even tho I’m rated platinum then when I do schedule the zones look busy

Hannah

App not calculating AR correctly today. Knocks me down when I decline but doesn’t go up when I accept.

Kzoo

The "new rating system" doesn't work. All these promises, but made it worse. Long time platinum, 5 star, 100% completion, on time, quality; 78% acceptance rate. Yet, now I don't get "more offers", "higher paying offers", I get less. Have had only a handful of "platinum" offers all week. Hardly anything over 10 dollars. Can't "block" bad merchants like they said. And they opened "dash now", for everybody, which makes no difference cuz my market has had an open schedule. So apparently zero benefit of being platinum. I made more money at silver. It's backwards bizzaro world.

Mike Wiseman

Is it slow anyIs it slow anywhere else so slow here for my wife

Mike Wiseman

Is it slow for anyone else my wife fot 5 orders then notjing

Deven F Owens

Is anyone's app switching back and forth between screens while an order is coming in ? I already deleted and redownloaded, updated my phone and reset.. I have to pay my car bill in like 30 hours 😅

Kristina Candelaria

So irritated!!!

Kristina Candelaria

Yes. So annoyed

Kristina Candelaria

You’ve gotta be kidding me. I just had an order disappear as I was headed out to it. It’s telling me the order is going to be reassigned but it’s not showing on my screen

Bruce Smith

Here we go again.

Bruce Smith

Here we go again.

Pink kitty

I dashed from 12-2, I had a good bit of orders (for a Wednesday)… earnings were also instantly deposited. No issues.

Pink kitty

I worked from 12PM — 2PM. Didn’t have many orders (but that’s expected for Wednesday) earnings were deposited instantly. Looks like we’re good in GA.

Leo Fierro

Package delivery

Warren Mull

Looks like it is down here in Ohio also

Thuan Pham

That explains it. Been logged on since 9 AM here in WI, it's almost 2 PM and haven't completed a single order. If customers can't even check out, no wonder we're all out here wasting our time.

Leo Fierro

It's all bad in az

Zachery Finitz

Everything working good so far today here in upstate, NY

Eric

Always dead on a Wednesday here in SE Wisconsin. The only thing that saves me is Pro Shopper

Angelo Collier

Just finished first dash after outage and its back working normal for me in Vegas

M Z

Working normally in my area. I've found that sitting in red zones isn't always enough sometimes staying in motion pings more orders, just some advice

Angelo Collier

Doordash sent an email out yesterday at 5pm pst. And said all is good. This morning im going to try it in vegas.

Thuan Pham

@Pink kitty Nobody’s dashing because there’s literally nothing to take. Sat in a lot for 2 hours, saw one trash $4 clown offer, and absolute dead silence since. The app is completely fried.

Same here in Wisconsin. Logged on at 9 AM, it's almost 11 and literally nothing except one lowball offer I declined. Still completely dead.

Bruce Smith

Dead quiet in Omaha. Absolutely nothing in 3 hours.

Thuan Pham

Been sitting in a parking lot for almost 2 hours here in WI. Got one trash $4 offer, declined it, and absolute crickets ever since. App is definitely still cooked.

I just logged in about 10 minutes ago. Nothing yet. Chandler AZ

Today I’m not receiving orders either, anyone else having trouble receiving orders?

Hannah

I received an email yesterday saying the issue has been fixed and that they apologize. Also it said any ratings affected will be restored and contract violations will be waived. That was yesterday at 4:39 MST.

Mike Wiseman

Are we getting orders now

Pink kitty

Are my comments being deleted??? Has anyone dashed today? I honestly think we should boycott dashing — how can they continuously take orders from customers but drivers are experiencing issues (even with an INSTANT PAY card) …

Pink kitty

Are we in the clear? Has anyone dashed today?

The Bob Charles Show

They should throw dashers $5.00 for having to end Dashing which we depend on our work to eat, at least buy us a burger. I do this as a Radio Host that wants to see if what people tell me on the radio is true ! Guess What it is true. I've gotten 20 Minute Dashes ( One Way ) with Pay of $4.00 so a 40 Minute Round trip used my $4.00 for the gas too make the trip... Maybe Door Dash should get it through their heads that jobs should be charged by the Mile so we can work more or are we being used.

Angelo Collier

Main question has anyone gotten any notification from doordash themselves? We are making them money as well. I haven't got an email notification or anything. My app is still searching for a representative for me to chat with since 12:43pm. It says thank you for your patience. Smh

Angelo Collier

Anyone in Vegas come to the front. Any issues. It took 2hrs for my earnings to be deposited when my app crashed at 12:45pm. I haven't tried it out yet. Vegas dashers any issues?

Zachery Finitz

STILL missing earnings from almost 4 hours ago now. Smh

escothegoat TM

Still haven’t been able to even log in since Monday afternoon. I’m stuck in a ghost dash error.

Yup. It’s still acting up. It’s been almost 9 hours with me dealing with this.

Got my missing pay 2 hours after signing out from the initial outage. Signed back in, first delivery showed zero. Second completed delivery everything was correct. Finished with no issues. Crimson immediately deposited.

I’m in San Diego and finish my dash about six hours ago and still have not been paid. I did a Dashlink route and I am owed $112.

Cause those of us out of wages earned during THEIR outage were most definitely impacted unfairly. No? Yeah. That's what I thought. Cool.

Zachery Finitz

Anybody still having earnings delays? I just did 1 order to test and it deposited the amount right away but still waiting on earnings from 2 hours ago still

Adam Trombly

Seems to be working ok now

Eddke

I got paid 2 hours late but I havnt been back out

Eddke

Ga here

Eddke

Still down? Not paying per delivery?

Abbie

Indiana here!! I'm having the same issues!! Did a dash for 6.56 and it never showed in the system. I did get paid 30 minutes later! There's still a delay but not as bad as earlier from what I have read

ArtMink

Well, I see that back to the same problems. I waited four hours for each order to trickle in one by one. I thought that meant I could go back to work, as soon as I did my first order, it shows up as an accepted order, but there’s no pay and nothing has been transferred to Crimson. What could possibly cause this to be so severe. Incredible.

Kayla

This is crazy, it's been like this since noon. I got back in an hour ago did an order earnings showed ended dash to test it have not got paid. Did another order earnings still at zero after drop off

Krystal V

Here in Oceanside... did 2 orders and it showed i was not earning anything. Called customer service, on hold 18 min, they said it was a technical issue with the platform. He could see the 2 orders and the total. He said to give it 1-2 hours for it to reflect on the app. Was fixed 30 min later. However, with the platform having issues the orders weren't flowing....3 orders in over a hour is garbage. I'll try again tomorrow.

Stream Eremitism

Wasn't showing pay and made me wait 3 hours for my payout

chris hansche

Yeah, went for a single dash and it stayed zero after delivery, waiting until it is completely resolved. This is ridiculous!
