Southern WI here. Logged in for the entire lunch rush and only got 1 order in 2+ hours. App says wait time is 5-25 mins, zone is completely dead. Anyone else seeing zero volume today?

Did anyone have issues contacting the customers yesterday? Rarely do I need to get in touch with them but yesterday I tried reaching out to several for various reasons and no one answered the texts and then the one I tried calling just hung up on me five times. Just curious if it was my customers or if it was a platform issue.

So, here is my one complaint with the point system. I live near the border of Wisconsin and Illinois, so we get a lot of Illinois drivers that work in my city. Just found out that the Illinois requirements for each level are 10 points lower than our requirements, so they are rewarded for working outside of their state.

It’s the opposite for me. It’s been sending me every single offer that gets placed in my zone. For weeks now. On Friday I asked support to count my offers that day: 376 offers in less than 5 hours.

They have me on my second 6 hour break after already waiting till 12:50pm to dash, it kicked me out an hour after dashing saying I had ANOTHER 6 hour wait.

First I get an offer, but the screen was white so I coudnt even see what the offer was. Then i get a notice saying i need to log in, even though I am ALREADY logged in. It sends me a verification code which does not work, ( meanwhile during this time I still get text messages saying I missed an order. After 5 attempts to try to log in, it now says I have to many attempts and wait at least 30 min. I NEVER actually logged out, so who knows what the heck is going on?!?!?

Their AI system’s are kerfuxxled! I had seeded them like, the beginning of the year, but they’re so inconsistent the spikes usually correspond with holidays so nobody has noticed them being down an S-ton of servers and bandwidth…

They did that update yesterday and I’ve had nothing but issues since. I sat for almost 2 hours with no orders but they were texting me saying I didn’t confirm the delivery in time. I got this for 6 orders that never came to me. I’m waiting to see if it affects my acceptance rate. If it does I will not be happy as I have never declined an order! Now I’m noticing that if I am set to earn by time I’m not getting any orders at all. As soon as I switch to earn by order I get orders. This is ridiculous!

It’s called venting and it’s healthy. There’s nothing that dashers can do to change the system; collectively or as an individual. Take some deep breaths, my friend. It’s okay. You don’t have to even read these comments. You certainly shouldn’t be so upset about them.

Idk why they keep deleting my comments about the fix. Get the customer DoorDash app and log in with your dasher login info and stay logged in.

The fix for that: -Download the DoorDash (customer app) and sign in with your Dasher login. -Stay logged in and keep the app. As long as you’re logged into it, it will stay normal.

Okay as June 30th I lost my platinum status. I have literally been fighting to get back there ever since. I dropped as low as 28% and every time I get to 57% to 67% I get orders to knock me back down to 49% because I absolutely refuse to take orders that are less than a dollar a mile or double orders that we are no longer getting paid for the correct way. Or two dollar orders because of no tips. We are independent, contractors being forced to take orders that we do not want just to make money. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Then they want to remove my comment because I speak the truth

95% of orders at lunch this whole week have been long distance for low pay. Then they stack 2 crappy orders together thinking it makes it worth it. Neither one is paying even half of what it should. Good luck getting your food customers.

I live in Chandler and school started July 15th. It’s been dead even with the kids being back for almost a month. Lunch is full of long distance, stacked garbage orders. Don’t even get McDonald’s, firehouse subs, jack in the box etc. The app tells the customer they are far from the store yet they STILL don’t tip anywhere close to what’s appropriate.

Sometimes it affects the orders but I still get orders to load the robots. Haven’t even had any of those. In my area most apts and housing developments are gated which the robots can’t do fortunately. Ironically DD pays more for us to load the orders than they do for the base pay to deliver it myself.

It’s because every time they send a survey out to dashers, the only people to answer are boomers that say they dash for fun and “a little bit” of “extra money”. DoorDash makes dashing a game because there’s too many doofus Dashers out there treating it like so.

Doordash is so stupid i verified my account like i have 2 other times in the past and it locked me out saying it's not me i have to wait 3 to 5 days to hear back for a verification my ID is the same and also did a facial recognition what more is proof they need a DNA sample haha it's starting to be pointless and worthless doing doordash

I work in an area where they are using DOT. They have sent me more orders today to go load the robot than actual deliveries. How is this a profit for DoorDash? They’re paying me to do the loading. Problem is that there’s no tracker to see where the robot is while I’m waiting. Hopefully they add that feature eventually.
