Cont comments. I cashed out due to no orders after sitting in "busy" zone for over an hour. I am a platinum dasher. The few orders I did get/accept today, were the added incentive. I did not receive any of that incentive upon my cash out. I called support due to the app not letting me chat. I explained about the stats not updating and no incentive pay. Rep just kept repeating: "give it 24 hours". "If nothing changes by Monday call back".

its like this app doesnt want people to make over a certain amount. When ever i get over X amount of dollars the orders stop coming in or i only get orders where people are not tipping. Like today i schedule to start at 10 and it still wanted me to schedule a dash. then when i started my scheduled dash i sat around for 30 min with a 2-8 min wait and didnt see one order come through. I end the dash to try to reset it and now it wont let me even schedule a new dash. Your whole company runs on the app and the only thing that hasnt worked properly all week is the app. The algorithm they use is set up to punish the ones that actually work all week it seems. In my opinion

i couldnt. i knew the pickup location but did not know the customer name or drop off and no way to contact the customer, it was thru the catering program so i scheduled a couple days ago for the order. i didnt even get to sign in today for it.

Hello. Uber bombards you with delivery orders from Lowes and Home Depot and Walmart for nearly no pay. Uber doesn't release your tip for one full hour after delivery to give the customer an opportunity to reduce or remove the tip entirely. Google TIP BAITING. Uber does have tip guarantees in select markets, but I would not trust Uber anymore than DD, and that guarantee does not apply to every order. Also, until you receive your Uber Plus card, Uber charges you a $1.25 per transfer to collect your earnings onto another card or account. Uber will give you orders sometimes with as much as 65miles one-way. Uber is horrendous, which is hard to comprehend given how frustrating DD is...

They can't respond. They have no way of contacting you and if the order was taken off of them by doordash, they went get your message. The new Dasher will. Even if they get your message, they have no way of knowing who you are and what your order was.

Hopefully their app is back up and running. When mine came back on, I started driving to the customer and DoorDash called me immediately to ask if I could still complete the order (the call was automated) and I said yes and completed the order with a photo. I still got a contract violation. In your case, I would maybe wait another 10-15 min because most people are saying their system came back up and they were able to get back in. If there was an active order, your dasher would have received the same automated call I did. I believe you can see, from what I am told, if the driver cancelled your order. If you don’t have it in about 15 min, then I would say cancel the order and say never received. The driver will have to dispute the order or contract violation through their driver app.

Every order I’m receiving in Wisconsin has either been refunded or picked up by someone else. As well as triple orders coming through for the same person. It’s back up but I’d give it a bit before trying.

You can’t. If you report it as an incomplete order or items missing or order never received, it immediately gives us a contract violation and could deactivate us. This issue today, 6/16/26, was out of our control as Door Dash’s system crashed. I am not like other lowlife dashers; I finished delivering the order I had picked up even though I got an automatic contract violation for being late to delivery and pick up by 79 min. Please don’t report drivers for these things unless it was absolutely their fault. We cannot control if items are missing on most orders because, well, from where I dash, the stores either tape the bags shut or staple them and you would know instantly if someone tampered with your order. In those cases, it’s the store that screwed up but we still get the contract violation for missing items. Door Dash does not care how the item was missing. Hope this helped.

We never lost it. Our friend however did and she had to keep calling every morning and hounding them to fix the problem. We completed our deliveries when it went down because we use the GPS in our car. We don't trust the dasher gps ever, it's always messing up.
