This issue is now resolved. The Epic Games Store on PC and Mac is displaying correctly and the mobile app now shows awesome games instead of a blank screen.

Finally received a second code via email about an hour and a half after the first, it says expired. I believe due to me closing the original window. So now I've requested another code and will keep the epic window open until I receive a new one and hopefully that works.
