i have a problem , when i download epic games in windows and i want to open it , it doesnt open what is the reason?

Your log in process sucks, I have 2fa on my account and I put the a brand new code in and somehow it immediately expires, so I now have to wait until I can re login because there’s only a limit to how many times you can try to sign in because of trying to login even if you’re not, never had a problem before

Symph0ny

Everyone, every big update. It always takes a few games played before all the shaders or something get rendered correctly.

Tim

Here is what fixed it for me is.... 1. Close Epic completely. 2. Clear your DNS. To do this, Open Windows "Command Prompt" and type: ipconfig/flushdns and hit ENTER. It will say it is flushed. Close Command Prompt. ( *Shortcut To Open Ccommand prompt: Windows Key + R, type cmd, Enter. *) 3. Once done, re-open the Epic Launcher. 4. Click on the "Back to home" button in Epic's Error Launcher window. Enjoy.
