@Seamless and @Grubhub give false advertising promotions through email and support. Telling customers different things to get your $ and they’d fix a receipt error on their end-right after you order. You pay and then they say never mind but thanks for your order. Wildly illegal.

I think they've had this for a while and so has door dash but this is the grubhub driver store. Mine would have additional items like car maintenance equipment for sale from other suppliers and bulk restaurant goods like bottled water, or wrapped plastic dinnerware.

@ChickfilA @Grubhub At a restaurant, a wrong order is easily fixed. When what you provide is messed up, the person is dramatically inconvenienced because you also ate up their time and their opportunity for a decent meal. They don't use you if time and convenience aren't issues. (10/11 oops)

@DoorDash #Caviar app is nonfunctional at the moment due to a “network error”. Not even their FAQ Page is operational off app. Now I’m stuck using Uber or Grubhub and paying for their fees instead of flexing my Chase Sapphire card and ordering fee-less off Caviar. Sad!

If you all can’t cash out with debit card method use your bank account, that’s what I did last night and it went through right away with no fee. I had the same problem yesterday with the debit card being unavailable and read a post on Reddit from awhile back to use your bank account that’s connected and it worked just like the debit card method

No orders for last 3 nites. Also the last week or so orders are 40 minutes to an hour old no algorithm. Many orders being made sitting so drivers are accepting and dumping them. Gh still does not send valid orders or know if stores are closed or ready. They are surveying drivers in guise of reducing carbon footprint. I'd say close stores fast and don't send drivers unless order is ready also give the closest driver to store order. They still don't let drivers leave feedback or appeal account issues. They block drivers from sceduales because rhey sent you out of market or had multiple orders and system thought you were taking two long. The grubhub gps gives you two but the order system does not know. They do not tell customers they are sharing a driver or driver dropping order nearby .

This morning I can't even toggle on to take orders. On my main screen it says they have hit a roadblock, and to hold this button down to confirm I'm not a robot. So I did and it kicks me out of the app. Uninstalled and installed again. Signed in and it's still doing the same bs. SMH.

I just got a message that I'm off the waitlist and can complete my application, but every time I try to upload the drivers license and picture of myself the app says there was an error on their part? When I emailed support all I get is an automated email that didn't even acknowledge the question.

Have not received one order in three hours. And then they put some bull sh*t promotion of complete 9 orders without skipping 3 total from 9pm to 1am. You’re lucky to get one or two orders between that time as it is. I don’t even get 9 orders total from 5pm to 11pm Grub hub is only profitable between 5pm and 7pm after that there is no point to be logged on

Grubhub is THE WORST!!! I ordered and the app showed 1,5 delay. I called GH supoort she said order was delivered...I opened my door and there was the pizza freaking cold likely sat there for over an hour...Nobody rang my door bell or knocked and I sat right near my door in absolute silence working on my laptop. I was offered a $5 coupon for my next order. I laughed and I said: " Thanks but I won't ever use you guys again!" Another time similar issue, I unfortunately forgot it was Grughub then too and just look at all the complaints. Hope they go out of biz!!!

Receiving error messages at checkout, Seamless, which is owned by GrubHub, that my method of payment is not accepted by the restaurant. I have always used this card when paying for food from this restaurant. Called my bank -- no issues with my card. Tried calling both GrubHub and Seamless customer care phone number, and the hold time is ridiculous. Clearly, GrubHub is having serious problems with checkout. Way to go GrubHub. Not only are you losing business, but you are causing restaurants to lose business. I am handicapped and depend on deliveries.
