There order system sends drivers dead or old orders and drivers get violations for late orcewfunded or canceled orders or you loose blocks due to leaving market or not getting offers. There system does not talk to other systems and Google resulting. n orders being pared that are not ready

@Grubhub System not sending me orders. I made over $200 last week on their delivery service, but $150 of that was on them because I was scheduled & not receiving orders. Pathetic to cancel my schedule for their error.

@Grubhub All customers should know that when they're ordering from GrubHub to not pre-tip do not pre-tip tip the driver after the deliveries made because if you pre-tip GrubHub will adjust their their payment to what you give and they do it all the time and it's illegal and they don't

@Grubhub your customers shouldn’t be paying for what is clearly an app issue on your end of the system. She was not even given a confirmation for a second order. It has the exact same order number. Regardless of the fact that both were delivered, it was never ordered!

@Seamless and @Grubhub give false advertising promotions through email and support. Telling customers different things to get your $ and they’d fix a receipt error on their end-right after you order. You pay and then they say never mind but thanks for your order. Wildly illegal.

I think they've had this for a while and so has door dash but this is the grubhub driver store. Mine would have additional items like car maintenance equipment for sale from other suppliers and bulk restaurant goods like bottled water, or wrapped plastic dinnerware.

@ChickfilA @Grubhub At a restaurant, a wrong order is easily fixed. When what you provide is messed up, the person is dramatically inconvenienced because you also ate up their time and their opportunity for a decent meal. They don't use you if time and convenience aren't issues. (10/11 oops)

@MommaSabs You don’t want to use GrubHub or DoorDash both of them have real problems with discrimination for their drivers and customers. I’ve experienced it. Myself personally has a driver, and I will never order from this company as a customer.

@AniMiaOfficial It's so hit and miss I ordered pizza with Grubhub my complex is a little confusing so I give detailed directions. They dropped of my pizza at another house. I complained and re-ordered they sent the same driver who got it right the second time.

If you all can’t cash out with debit card method use your bank account, that’s what I did last night and it went through right away with no fee. I had the same problem yesterday with the debit card being unavailable and read a post on Reddit from awhile back to use your bank account that’s connected and it worked just like the debit card method

No orders for last 3 nites. Also the last week or so orders are 40 minutes to an hour old no algorithm. Many orders being made sitting so drivers are accepting and dumping them. Gh still does not send valid orders or know if stores are closed or ready. They are surveying drivers in guise of reducing carbon footprint. I'd say close stores fast and don't send drivers unless order is ready also give the closest driver to store order. They still don't let drivers leave feedback or appeal account issues. They block drivers from sceduales because rhey sent you out of market or had multiple orders and system thought you were taking two long. The grubhub gps gives you two but the order system does not know. They do not tell customers they are sharing a driver or driver dropping order nearby .

I just got a message that I'm off the waitlist and can complete my application, but every time I try to upload the drivers license and picture of myself the app says there was an error on their part? When I emailed support all I get is an automated email that didn't even acknowledge the question.
