LinkedIn Networking should be about quality vs quantity. “We have a system to allow you to send 100 LinkedIn Connection requests per day”. That is a solution looking for a problem. Not the reverse. Connect + network with depth + genuine interest—not for the sake of it!

It's the type of content that goes viral - bland, inoffensive, HR-friendly cliches that are an extension of modern office culture. Because LinkedIn isn't anonymous and is tied to your employer, it limits your scope.
