everything is working perfectly on my phone but every now and again when I'm playing games or I'm just on YouTube it just stops and disconnects me and then struggles to load even though I'm connected to Wi-Fi then I fix it by turning off my internet turning it back on again but then it just happens again randomly at any point is anyone else having this certain issue or just me

Can't sign in to PSN for 7 days, I'm on PS4, using latest update, my internet is fine, but I can't login to PSN and when I do the Test Connection everything is fine except the PSN Network says Failed. Their website says that PSN is up and running, but a long of users can't login. This is getting ridiculous.

This is why people don't like A.I. Because game companies become overly dependent on it, to make game functions problem-less. Then what happens? Problems occur. This is why A.I. is a bad idea to run the world with it. It's just another way of saying human error. What worked for me (on PS4) was to click on my PSN icon, and that took me to the TOS. I accepted the TOS, and then it logged me into PSN.

What you can try if you are able to is try go to your Profile icon, and try to Sign In from there > Accept TOS Terms. Or go to the PlayStation Website login and click Accept. You have to try a couple of times.

Update: I followed what Insane2201 did which is putting my devices into Rest Mode > starting them back up and attempted to Sign In. I’m back online :) Kudos to all!

I just put mine into rest mode, started it back up, went to PS+ tab, accepted terms, and it's working fine for me now. I was getting errors the first 3 times I tried accepting it while going to profile

Cleared Network Settings on both consoles, and when prompted to accept TOS > Accept > An error has occurred.

When clicking on PS+, it says it’s “undergoing maintenance.” My friends list shows some users still actively online, while others are not [whatever that's worth]. Upload and download speed to my console are just fine atm.
