Our Spectrum Business cable internet in Manhattan has dropped a handful of times within the last hour, and is typically extremely unreliable, which is absurd since we pay much more than home internet too.

Went out 4 or 5 times in the last 24 hours in Florissant, MO. Outages have been happening off and on for about a month now. Honestly though, with the exception of this past July, Spectrum is normally great in my part of Missouri.

Spectrum sent me a new modem. I did not ask for it. It doubled my speed from 50 Mbps to 100 Mbps on my wired ethernet TV's. Thanks. I have been paying for 100 Mbps for a long time and I thought my TV's were too old and stuck at 50 Mbps.

The app lies to you. It says my location isn't in an outage on the app but when i called it immediately said my account was in an outage.
