5.6 mbit per second is garbage. thanks for throttling software updates like people won't notice. and on top of that, they raise the price 3 dollars per month. as a customer for the past 30 years, this would amount to a monthly bill in the thousands. not sustainable, particularly for garbage, throttled service like this.

Spectrum TV service (the old fashioned kind via coax cable and TiVo with CableCard) is down in St. Charles, MO, and maybe in nearby areas too. Their streaming TV with the Spectrum app seems to be okay. But my fiancee hates the Spectrum app and will give up the TiVo over her dead body. Spectrum estimates TV will be back up around 10pm Central Time.

For 5 days my spectrum internet in NYC drops out for 5 minutes or less multiple times during the day, sometimes during the same hour. A technician came today and changed the modem and router but the condition remains. I told him I think it's the cable to the pole because that was the cause of a similar problem some years ago but he insisted it's not the cable because he would see a cable problem with his scanning device. These guys do not want to get a ladder and check the actual cable.

I am in zip code 92129 and have been experiencing intermittent problems since April 24. Mostly late at night, the problem appears to be that upload speeds drop to zero, making it impossible to make or maintain a network connection with any software or apps. Using Speedtest app, when either no comnneection can be made or the connection is made, the download speed is normal but the upload speed is close to zero.

Alright this is insane, Spectrum has refused to let me do anything such as simply search things in Google, I barely ever get over 1 Mbps according to my task manager, if not it's at 0 Kbps for like an hour straight. Nothings reporting anything wrong with Spectrum even though it's been absolutely horrible for multiple months, and I rate Spectrum 1 star over the past three months every time I have to go here, which is a hell lot since Spectrum is crap.

Email is down.....AGAIN......due to server error......AGAIN.....I am going to start moving my files over to my Google Emails and updating my online accounts where I use Spectrum emails. WiFi has been absolutely horrible the ENTIRE day!! Started as manageable during Wednesday after 4, but has been absolutely insane the rest of the week after Wednesday. Spectrum has made it even impossible to simply search things up on Google, and I'm averaging an insane 10 Kbps or lower! Spectrum reports absolutely no issues or outages and has reset my equipment (internet) multiple times! Maybe it's my equipment, I've had this trusty PC for a few years by now, and has had issues with the internet since last years' October! Some places say I'm getting 400+ Mbps which is absolutely diabolical, while im averaging sometimes even 0 Kbps (bits), which is what you barely need for sending text messages, which has proved literally impossible for Spectrum, which brags their amazing speeds, reliability, and customer service... What BS!

Charter/Spectrum in Michigan has been having intermittent outages since Monday, April 13 at around 2:00 PM, right after I received an email saying “Your Spectrum Upgrade is Complete.” Since then, service has been unstable despite the upgrade being marked complete. Email said the network upgrade in my area was finished and that service quality would improve, but I’ve been seeing the opposite: repeated drops and unreliable internet.

Spectrum is absolutely horrible! You have to call and request you get credit when service is down 4 hours or more. They have scheduled maintained checks in the middle of the week and they don’t notify customers, the bill you in advance which I always pay at the last minute because their service is so terrible.. cannot wait for Starlink to get fully on board. Spectrum has a monopoly in this town. The Spectrum is the worst and should be avoided at all costs.
