Spectrum Wi-Fi down in Providence, RI. Was working fine all day, now nothing. They want to send a tech out tomorrow. I just cancelled my cable yesterday and this happens. Can't stream anything. I think it's time to find a different provider. I have been with Cox, who just changed to Spectrum, for 22 years. What a crappy experience with tech support. Useless.

Spectrum/cox has been down in roanoke county, roanoke city, Salem, vinton non-stop since 6 pm last night. The outages have been reported by thousands and they've made no efforts to remedy it. They state they've been bought out by Spectrum and to notify Spectrum, we notify Spectrum and they claim it's Cox's fault. I don't care who owns the monopoly now just one of these entities fix it already! Insanity!

Hannafords Pharmacys in pine bush ny has all systems down due to spectrum. Staff told me its widespread outage to all hannafords? I cant pick up my mom's important medications until its resolved this is not okay ! I don’t know if you know, but the whole city of DeLand seems to be getting fiber right now. Not sure if it’s only AT&T or other companies but might be worth checking your address to see! Avoid giving them your phone number though if you can; I’ve been getting so many calls since we checked a couple weeks ago lol. That said…despite the annoying calls, pretty sure we will be switching to them. We have had SO many weird equipment issues and outages on spectrum.

Relax, folks... Yes, Spectrum is down in Central FL/Volusia Co. For something this widespread, we're probably dealing with something considerable like a cut trunk fiber based on the time estimate, and no amount of bellyaching will fix this. They need time to make repairs.

I'm retired and dial up was more reliable than this trash I pay $200 a month for 1 gig and they throttle my routers that I own..I call them and then it magically goes back up to 1 gig from 300. Spectrum can be replaced by any internet company hopefully soon in New smyrna beach we will have another provider. No internet for hours Is unacceptable. There should be redundancy systems in place.

Sorry, I know this is a month late reply, but just now seeing. haha It's a moot point for the original outage, but it's out now again, going on 22 hours now. Only thing I've received from Spectrum was a notification at 9am this morning saying they were "working on it" and that they would provide another update at 9am 9/7. So, considering they're going on a 24 hour update schedule, it doesn't bode well for the length of downtime we're likely to have. *I have internet only through Spectrum.
