Home internet is down almost every night for a few hours, starting at around midnight. I'm still using the 4g home internet router modem. We have been on T-Mobile home internet for about 5 years approx., we have been customers for a lot longer. I couldn't even get my mobile Hotspot to work either. Restarted the router several times. I feel like CenturyLink is coming back to haunt us.

Anyone having issues in Utah...have a family emergency going on and needing to contact family members but they are not getting anything from messages to call nor voicemail nor able to do the same especially iPhone to android users! I wouldn't say that...I have Verizon and nd android and can't get in touch with my husband that is on tmobile and has an iphone12. All my calls go directly to voicemail, even when I set my number to private! My niece's is the same way, iPhone & tmobile, but my mom's on my nieces plan is hut and miss...she has an older flip phone and some days it goes directly to voicemail and I'm tired of reps saying oh you're blocked when my 90 year old mom doesn't even know how to text long less block! And I've checked my husband's phone and no blocks there either as he is not tech savvy...it's something between the networks and a new upgrade in software on iPhones and where they made us all upgrade to Google messaging on android! A lot of times it's a sales gimmick as well. Was told by verizon Rep that phones will not work correctly on services after 3 software upgrades and lines have to be flushed continually.

We've been having serious connection problems for the past couple months. Phone calls drop. And my husband can't make or receive calls or texts while at his shop. He has to leave and drive around the block. This was never a thing. We've called and called and no one will explain. On top of that you've raised the prices. 5 people in my family, all on different tmobile accounts are having this problem.

Called T-Mobile and was lied to saying it's an issue with Google since it's a you tube and play store issue, however other providers are ok. My friends with Verizon and AT&T have zero issues. people on Metro PCs are having the same issues, but Metro PCs uses T-Mobile. When I switch providers by using my Xfinity Internet wifi I am able to watch YouTube and update my apps

Just fantastic that now T-Mo is telling me that HI is not available in my area even though I signed up on a chat on their website with one of their agents 4 years ago. Their brilliant response as to why? "Oh, things change." NOrthern az tmobile has been down for 12 plus hours. Online customer service is horrible....all...day. Went to the store in person and basically customer after customer coming in. The store itself had to submit an outage report because online customers are getting nowhere. In person would they only acknowledge an outage. There's only two towers here locally people depend on. Cant even get wifi calling to work. No data, phone, text, or wifi calling. People worried you cant even call 911 in an emergency.

In the past I was able to get 500-600Mbps down and 100+Mbps up. Ever since February 28th, @tmobile home internet is hurting to break 100Mbps down. Modem is just sitting on 4G connection. I have had the home internet feels like 3 years now. I have had tower issues. " upgrades, Etc." Once again, they've oversold the Home Internet in my area of Albuquerque. That's the only reason to explain while suddenly, when I've not touched the gateway at all, my speeds and connection starts tanking around 11am and doesn't come back until about 7pm. And a PM on FB only results in an "a specialist will be with you shortly" and a link to "verify" my account...again...and then radio silence.

Currently unable to send any texts via prepaid service. Keep getting error message that text blocking is active. Current estimated hold time on prepaid customer service phone line is over one hour, so they must be getting a lot of calls. Also, the automated system said that due to an internal server issue it could not verify my account, which also points to widespread technical issues.

No Internet service at Exit #102 and I-75 in Cordele, Georgia, 31015. I live a half mile from this exit on 8th Avenue East in Cordele and the following are the Internet connection speeds completed on my Windows 11 Pro desktop pc via the Speed Test by Ookla app as of 11:48 AM Eastern, Thursday, February 27, 2025 is: PING: 64 ms. DOWNLOAD: 0.51 Mbps. UPLOAD: 2.28 Mbps. I am contacting T-Mobile Tech Support now to inquire about this outage of T-Mobile Home Internet. This is affecting my T-Mobile phone's network connectivity connection speeds, as well. It is a System-Wide outage, as our T-Mobile phones and T-Mobile Home Internet Gateway modem accesses the same local T-Mobile towers.

I call at least once a week, speak to someone in your Malaysian telecenter and they get us up and running until the next time I can’t take it anymore. terrible service/product. meanwhile, verizon cell signal is stable and constant. fiber is coming from a competitor this year- once that happens, T-Mobile is outta here.
